Dr. Gregory was highly recommended by my sons baseball coach, he has also seen and treated players who are now playing for Vandy & NC. We always wait for the referral and specifically request him. I appreciate that he’s not “surgery happy” and is not overly anxious to operate on a child unless absolutely necessary. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. We won’t go to anyone else! I would give him 0 stars if an option. He is rude to parents and should not be working with children. Vanderbilt should really reconsider allowing this man to represent their name. The visit was easy and quick. He explained everything well and gave me a good home PT plans.

I’ve seen Dr. Gregory 4 times so far. The visits are usually quick, which I appreciate because I have to go in the middle of the work day. I’ve only had to wait once, which I consider pretty good. He always asks what’s coming up in my life so he can give guidance for how to manage my injury and he’s always happy to answer any questions I have. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Gregory.

We saw Dr. Gregory for a hand injury recently. My son is special needs and Dr. Gregory was very patient, thoroughly explained the diagnosis and welcomed any questions or concerns I had at the time.

Dr. Gregory was referred to us by our pediatrician so I didn’t even think to research him. I should have. He seemed to be in a hurry and maybe spent 10 minutes with us. Dr. Gregory has eased my mind several times. With a young son who plays multiple sports, injuries are bound to occur at some point but his confidence and ability to speak in terms that you can understand make him a winner in my book. He is very thorough and doesn't make you feel rushed. He knows how to give encouragement too! I would recommend him to anyone in need of an orthopedic! Thank you Dr. Gregory!

We’ve seen Dr. Gregory for a concussion and flat feet. He’s always very helpful.

Very thorough, patient and asks pointed questions then gives an explanation of the situation and a plan. He’s not syrupy sweet but not looking for a friend just a great doctor.

Dr. Gregory was very kind and caring to my 12 year old yesterday. He managed to work him into his schedule and could not have been nicer about it. His nurses were also very sweet and thorough. We got xrays, answers, and a plan. Thank you, Dr. Gregory!

If you see Dr. Gregory and are unsatisfied with his diagnosis, please seek a second opinion. He is very cocky and does not listen to his patients.

Some doctors are excited and engaged by patients who ask questions. Dr Gregory is not one of those doctors. He made me feel as though I was wasting his time with my pain and concerns.

While explaining what I did to dislocate my knee, he asked me to demonstrate. I did it, dislocated my knee in front of him. He later asked me, "No-no, what REALLY happened?" I told him once again what I did and he told me straight to my face that I was lying and that I was just faking for attention as most girls in middle school do. Excuse me? After we stopped going to him, and we went to another Vanderbilt specialist, he also told me I was faking, and after these two doctors didn't do anything about my knee, I somehow did something and ended up with a paralyzed foot for 8 months. I finally got surgery last month for my knee to stop dislocating and all that jazz. I do NOT recommend this man to care for you or your child. Broke left ankle&chin bone,I had to have surgery at TOA 2YRS.AGO,AND STILL HAVING TROUBLE,MY BONE NEARLY CAME THROUGH MY SKIN,NEW DOCTOR SAYS DR.ANDREW DIDN'T SET IT RIGHT.HE KEPT TELLING ME TO SHUT-UP,BECAUSE I WAS SCREAMING HE WRAPPED MY LEG IN A SPLINTER AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW TO GET THE CAST PUT ON/I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY GOT THE CAST. Dr. Gregory is really bad when working with kids and teens in his pediatric office!! I have told him for the past year my knee was not getting better, I kept going back on crutches and in a brace and when he saw me he would make me come off of them. One day he even told my mom it was all in my head. So I went to a new orthopedic who is now having to do surgery on my knee in December. If dr. Gregory would have taken the time to actually treat me maybe this would have been done sooner. Dr. Gregory is really bad when working with kids and teens in his pediatric office!! When I was explaining what happened to my knee, he asked me to do the thing that started my knee dislocations. I did it for him and it dislocated my knee AGAIN! He told me to calm down and then just sent me home with a brace that costed too much and only made my issues worse. I ended up with a paralyzed foot for 6 months from my knee being untreated by good doctors. Would not recommend to ANYONE

Best Ortho I've seen! Shoots you straight and tells you what he would do if it was him. Won't go anywhere else again.

I have taken my athlete son to Dr. Gregory for a multitude of issues. He is always attentive, informative, matter of fact and thorough. He is one of the few MDs who has even discussed nutrition as it affects the body's health, which I highly respect.

I'd give this disrespectful jerk zero stars if I could. He speaks to his patients and the parents as though they're idiots and not worth his time. My 15 yr old daughter has EDS, and was having shoulder issues, and coccyx issues. His solution (without an mri) was, "stand in class all day, and don't move your arm." When I asked him what was wrong with her shoulder, he rolled his eyes at me and said, "she's in pain." I asked, "but WHY?" He never explained. Horrible doctor with a HORRIBLE attitude!

Dr. Gregory and his staff were kind and caring. They took great care of my daughter's broken arm.

Poor bedside manner. Spent less than 5 minutes in the room. Actually, sent someone in to treat my ankle and as I was crying in pain he told me Aleve and Tylenol ES would be fine.

Rude and dismissive. Unwilling to discuss the problem. Left there with no plan at all.

He and his staff were kind and caring towards myself and my daughter, who had broken her arm. They were fast and efficient.

Rude, condescending, arrogant, cold, would never recommend him to anyone
