I have seen Dr. Gottschalk several times and each time he has helped me with nonsurgical solutions to my joint pain. I find him to be very caring and attentive to my concerns.

Below average. After the honeymoon phase (meeting a new patient) my care declined tremendously. Due to a health conversation which affect my future medical decisions. he became notably angry because I disagreed with him. He refused to assist with medical referrals. Immediately, he lost his professional medical posture and let me have it. I was mortified. He verbally reprimanded me and refused to assist me with any further paper work. I received a very painful injection of which I have never experienced before. Note... just don't make him angry or ask for help outside of his office.

I had finally got to the point of needing minor surgery (Tenex) on my elbow. Dr. Montgomery, Dr. Gottschalk, and Dr. Jones all worked to get me in quickly. All three showed an epic amount of concern and understanding, and my surgery was scheduled and completed with FANTASTIC results within my small time frame. Most importantly, all three, as well as their staff, never once made me feel rushed although I know their days are filled to the brim.
