He is a great doctor with wonderful staff. I’m a very picky surgeon and I was 100% pleased. He is super smart, kind, nice and dedicated. His staff treat you like they are there to serve! Great customer service. Could not ask for more!

My mother was diagnosed with a sinus blockage and needs surgery. She was told to call Syreeta to schedule, surgical coordinator. Syreeta has on her voicemail they are short staffed and it will be up to 5 days before she returns call to schedule. It has been over 5 weeks now and Syreeta has not called after many left messages and an email to her. My mother's sinuses are getting worse and when I call this doctor's office they do not apologize and continue saying that Syreeta will call. They will not let us inform the doctor of this flagrant disregard for a patient. My mom has left messages because they hardly ever answer phone and asked for the doctor to call her and he never does. In fact no one does. My mom is elderly and is so kind and this is so wrong. I have asked that he call and the person who answers the phone literally laughs. Unbelievable. This office is very unprofessional and obviously does not care about it's patients.

It’s rare to find a dr these days that takes the time to really help patients understand what’s going on. Dr Golde is excellent! His staff has been wonderful as well. Every person has a story and is unique...most physicians forget that. It’s clear Dr Golde invests in his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Golde for over 20 years and I trust him and his staff implicitly. They are like family.

I was referred to Dr Golde as I had some serious problems as a result of a viral ear infection. The DR at the previous practice put tubes in my ears that left a small hole in one ear drum and a gaping hole in the other. Both ears were infected, patched on top of the infection and I had hearing loss. Dr Golde walked me through what was happening and the treatment plan. I found him to be spot on in describing my condition and how to proceed. He referred me to an excellent surgeon who did an amazing job repairing my eardrum. Dr Golde gives you solid understandable information, and It is evident that he has enough experience to have seen severe cases and guide you to the most positive outcome possible. Additionally he is exceedingly compassionate and very relatable to the patient. One of the very best DRs I have encountered and one to be trusted.

After meeting with four other surgeons, I chose Dr Golde to remove a pre-malignant tumor of my parotid (salivary) gland. As a physician myself, I knew the risks of the surgery, which included permanent paralysis of half of my face. Bottom line: he's terrific. Not only is my facial nerve fully intact, but the tumor was successful removed with "clear" margins, and the scar healed beautifully in three weeks as if it were handled by an expert plastic surgeon. I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Golde is the best doctor! He saved my life and my mom’s! He also did my daughter’s tonsillectomy and ear tubes. He is the male version of Snow White for me! When I see him, I swear that I hear birds chirping! Also, the other doctors in his group are phenomenal as well! I trust all of them!

Getting an appointment with Dr Golde can take awhile, because he is really a wonderful Dr. He is will answer all your questions, he is great at diagnosing conditions. He went into great detail about a number of issues and explained things clearly to me. You can really see how much he cares - When I revisited, he remembered some personal conversations - not related to ENT. He is friendly and easy to talk to. He will do research if needed. He has gone the "extra mile." Staff is effective and friendly. The office is well run and well maintained.

It’s a shame such a great doctor has such a poorly run office. Their management clearly considers their time much more valuable than yours. It was very clear I was considered a customer before I was a patient.

I think Dr. Golde is a great doctor. The protocol of the office is terrible. I have been seeing Dr. Golde for over 20 years. I went to make an appointment and because I hadn't been there in 3 years I am now a new patient and can't get in for 2 weeks.

I rate Dt. Golde and 99% of his staff with FIVE STARS. He treated my elderly mother during her 8 years of life in Atlanta. The staff makes you feel welcomed, very patient, professional, and you feel like you are visiting family. I had to have a sleep study performed and I was not comfortable with the entire concept. Sleeping in a strange place, around strangers, and attached to all kinds of gadgets. Needless to say all my anixety disappeared when I saw one of the staff member of Advanced Ear, Nose, & Throat. I had no inahabitations taking the allergy test with that megaforce of needles. I even had a tube placed on my ear and Dr. Golde's bedside manner helped me to ease my anixety. The surgery was on and out. After the recovery I was having lunch at one of my favorite spots. You hanks Dr. Golde and staff for all that you do everyday to make ENT Issues disappear or minimize them with your excellent treatment. I AM TEAM GOLDE ALL THE WAY! I had a severe deviated septum and could only breathe from one nostril. Dr Golde'a bedside manner and expertise fixed the problem with care, using the right diagnostics before recommended surgery. I was happily convinced this was the right thing to trust and invest my time and money into it and I was not disappointed, from office scheduled appointments to day of surgery at north side hospital. When you invest in this life changing, it's so rewarding to know it was all done with the good of the patient in mind. Thank you Dr. Golde for not letting me down !! As new patient I couldn't see the Dr for 30 days. Arrived 15 min early to fill out ins forms. I was invited back to an office to await Dr Golde. So far so good. 40 minutes later, nothing. No nurse, no doc. Stuck head out and was asked to wait 5 minutes. Waited. Nothing. Waited 50 minutes. Decided I scheduled on the wrong day. Asked the nurse to shred paperwork, walked out, opting to try another alternative. Suggestion - keep patient informed as to timing.

Med care good, front and back office good, parking CASH ONLY SUCKS. $4. Welcome to 1969.

Had a reduction of lower and mid turbines and deviated septum straightened. As a result of OP, lost sense of smell completely. Now two years after OP, nose still bleeding regularly. Doc had no real plan for follow up. Overall I regret having seen this doctor.
