Dr. Andrew Godbey

I saw saw a nurse practitioner who works with Dr. Godbey. She was great.

He’s a great Dr.

This guy here is the real deal. He knows his stuff. The visit went awesome.

He takes care of my mom and answers all of our questions when we ask. We do not feel rushed.

He was very nice and took time with me to explain things.

He administered my injections for my migraines.

Dr. Godbey is polite, efficient, gets right to the point but if I have questions will take the time to answer them. If I don't ask anything he asks if I have any questions. He's polite and professional. I have zero complaints.

He asked about my migraine headaches, where the pain was, how long the pain lasted & what he had in mind for treatment, after looking through my records & talking to me. He then explained the side effects very clearly.

Dr Godbey is very professional and respectful. He is not very talkative but always answers my questions if I have any. I feel he cares and wants to do what is right for the patient.

Highly intelligent, extremely professional and genuinely cared for my condition!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

At first visit, Godbey seems personable and caring. Apparently though he has become far too busy to : make timely follow ups, his staff NEVER answer phones, voicemail cuts off in middle of conversations and NO ONE ever returns calls

I had my first meeting with Dr Godbey today. He was fantastic. He was very thorough with his exam and listened to all my questions and concerns. The main thing was he listened to me.

This doctors attitude is atrocious he blatantly does not care about his patients at all my girlfriend will no longer be seeing this doctor after the message he sent down playing everything that is wrong he acts like a cyst in the brain is not a big deal what kind of monster would do that

I’ll say this, he is the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever came in contact with. He was disrespectful, he talked over me, he accused me of not taking medication , with me having speech problems with the partial seizures he treated me with no respect. I won’t cuss on here but just know he’s a complete waste of space.

I don't know where these last two reviews about Dr. Godbey are coming from, but I must say my appointment and follow-up with Dr. Godbey were exceptional. He was extremely kind and generous with the consultation, plan of treatment, including medication, bloodwork, and a procedure to further confirm my problem at St. Francis. My husband was with me and we both agreed Dr. Godbey is an excellent physician and very glad we were referred to him. His staff and nurse were also helpful, friendly, and kind. Five Stars!!!!! The worst doctor ever. Complete waste of space and disrespectful. Doesn’t care about his patients, talks over you and lies. Would not recommend him at all. Please don’t go to him , take your good insurance elsewhere. He’s not worth it.

Dr. Godbey by far is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Not only does he give you all of the time you need, he also explains everything in detail and even asks if you have any additional questions. The staff where wonderful from the beginning until the end of my visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed a neurologist.

I sroked giving me Parkinson's disease and Vascular Dementia Does nothing to help me in any way I'm not going back he tells me the MRI can't conform and thing it is what it is not buying it

My 26 year old daughter was sent to Dr Godbey by the St Francis hospitalist-neurologist (which was wonderful) due to a lesion on her brain she was having difficulty walking. He was very cold and made it obvious he did not like her Dad and I asking questions. She had another MRI on December 7th and he has made no effort to call her about the results which were bad, if not for mychart we would think everything was fine. Awesomeness

I Saw Dr. Andrew Godbey In 2009 When I Was First Diagnosed With Arnold-Chiari Malformation Type I. To ME, He Had Little To No General Idea About Chiari. He Made Me Very Uncomfortable About My Situation. I Was In So Much Pain, And Trying To Reach Out To Someone For Help, And Answers. He Literally Disregarded The Way I Felt, Telling Me That There Was No Possible Way The "Chiari" Was Causing Any Of My Pain Or Related Problems. I Left His Office Feeling More Alone Then Ever. Thanks To Him My Primary Care Just Sent Me To A Pain Management Doctor For Six More Years, And Needless I Say More. But Through That Doctor, And A P.I.C.A. STROKE I FINALLY Made It To A Neurosurgeon At SLU, Where I Underwent Posterior Fossa Decompression, And A Laminectomy Of My C1 & C2. Doctor a bit smug. Office staff incompetent. I was supposed to be scheduled at the pain clinic but 3 weeks later this was still not done. Then I was given the date of July 6 by the office after I inquired and found out they had failed to set up the appointment. When I contacted the pain clinic to get the paperwork, they did not have me in the system. Also, I waited over a week to get a prescription filled...gave up...
