Okay so I have a SEVERE anxiety disorder and was absolutely scared to death to get my wisdom teeth out but not only Dr Glenn but everyone I dealt with was amazing and very fast. He explained everything perfectly and I’m truly so lucky I got to see him for this.

Dr. Glenn has wonderful bedside manners. Takes time to listen and help advise. He was able to ease my anxieties, quickly and efficiently get the job done, and at a less cost then my previous unhappy experience at the place I'm usually sent. I reccomend Dr. Glenn as he steps above and beyond expectations.

Dr Glenn removed wisdom teeth for both my kids. Enjoy the casual office, and the little dachshund meandering around.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had delt with!!! I had all four wisdom teeth removed today. I had the best experience with Dr. Glenn. I saw Dr. Glenn to get a second opinion about some damage done to my mouth by another dentist. Dr. Glenn looked at my x-rays for a total of 20 seconds. When I tried to address my concerns about pain and damage to my mouth he simply said sometimes you drill through the jaw and that I’m going to have pain after trauma to my body. Completely not compassionate, didn’t address my concerns about pain, and I will not be returning.

I came to Dr Glenn's office because other oral practitioners in Nebraska were not working out. I did not want to be sedated for tooth extractions. I had a nasty accident that broke some of my teeth out. So they needed removal. But like the coward I am. I wasn't proactive. Too many times did I get sick from NOT having a tooth extracted. I Sat on it with Antibiotics and would destroy my health over it. Finally after visiting a large list of practitioners and having 1 tooth pulled every year by a different physician with each being a horrible experience. Dr. Glenn was next to be called on the list. Dr. Glenn office is "miles ahead of the curb" and he knows how to properly inject the numbing substances into the gum. After a gentle twist to the left and the right. Out came the tooth and no issues the following day. I am back to normal life. My experiences at Dr Glenns office were thousands of times better than other practices. He treats people like humans and not just a number.

Very poor bedside manner. My 9 year old daughter was scheduled for an in office procedure. Dr. Glenn came in without explaining anything to my daughter as she saw the needles and supplies they brought in; as he applied the tourniquet for her IV, she tensed up and became very scared. He got up and left the room saying he didn't have time for this, amongst other things. My daughter had missed school, had nothing to eat/drink since night before, and was devastated. She cried the whole way home (45 minutes). In the consultation appointment, Dr. Glenn explained everything well, which lasted maybe 5 minutes. I am a nurse myself and have worked with many providers; this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had, and to make matters worse-to my daughter.

This was my first visit. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Glenn is straight forward and very easy to understand I feel I can trust him to do a good job and do the right thing for my next visit. The staff are also very nice.

Very courteous,professional and efficient. I trusted and knew I had come to the right place after my first visit and bone graft. I returned for an implant in front. Excellent work, I would and will recommend DR Glenn and his staff to anyone in future.

Hands down the best in the business. About 8 months ago I had my wisdom teeth removed and was really not looking forward to it. Being so nervous going into their office, that all went away after talking with the staff and Dr. Glenn. Answered all of my questions, showed me a quick video, gave me a shot and I was out like a light within 5 seconds. Woke up to my wisdom teeth out and I never once had any pain, just minor swelling. I couldn’t be happier with that experience. Just today I went in to have a tooth pulled and from the time I walked through the door, the time it took for all of the paperwork, for him to numb me, and to remove my tooth and pay at the front desk took less than 30 minutes. The numbness has worn off now and I have zero pain. Again, I was shocked and amazed by how well Dr. Glenn does what he does. The staff here and Dr. Glenn himself are the definition of exceptional customer service. Super friendly, helpful and always willing to do whatever they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Glenn keeps it real, doesn’t beat around the bush, and just does world class work. I refer him to many friends and family members in need of his work. Took my 10 year old daughter to Dr. Glenn to have two permanent teeth removed under general anesthesia at the recommendation of her orthodontist. Bright, clean office. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. The procedure was extremely fast, and everything went great! Dr. Glenn called that night to follow up and make sure my daughter was recovering well. Went to Dr Glenn over a year ago, he was an egotistical jerk! I was referred to get evaluation on a bridge that was jolted during a sinus surgery. He tossed the paperwork off to side on his desk. I told him what I thought about his lack of empathy for a consultation.

Very professional and courteous. Always takes the time to explain and answer questions.

Both myself and my partner have had procedures done by Dr. Glenn. He is professional yet kind, he finds common ground for conversation which helps you feel less anxious and relaxed (especially for someone like me who has a high degree of anxiety centered around dental work!) For both of us, we had to see him under "emergency" situations i.e. sudden onset of pain-he and his wonderful staff worked to get us in as quickly as possible. They answered all of our questions. The office is beautiful and feels more homey/inviting rather than clinical. One of the other really outstanding things-the doctor called us later in the evening after surgery to check on us-THE DOCTOR-not another staff member, he reviewed the teaching that was provided at discharge as well as expressed genuine concern for our well being after our procedures. Dr Glenn was terrific. My son had teeth removed and everything went smoothly. We were seen on a Tuesday and scheduled for surgery on Friday morning. Another office was making us wait months so that is when I searched online for reputable oral surgeons and found Dr Glenn. They were so informative and kind. I loved the little office dog, Wilbur. After surgery, my son recovered quickly and painlessly. It was wonderful as I was dreading recovery for him. Dr. Glenn is very knowledgable, professional, and caring. Called the evening of my daughter's oral surgery to check on her progress. He asked questions and really listened - got us straightened out with meds, thankfully! When we called re: another issue that developed a few weeks later, she was scheduled ASAP, & he treated the problem soon after. The staff are knowledgable & personable when we call or go in. As a result we have scheduled another daughter for wisdom teeth extraction!

Dr. Glenn was very professional with me when I had a wisdom tooth extracted as an adult. He was compassionate and a good listener. When I had extreme pain following the procedure (due to my difficult case) he saw me immediately and gave immediate relief. I have had two teen agers see Dr. Glenn for wisdom teeth extraction and they both really liked him. He is respectful of his patients and skilled at his work. I would highly recommend Dr. Glenn.

To begin with, Dr. Glenn started my IV with no gloves and didn't sterilize my arm before sticking me. In fact, he touched my arm with his bare finger moments before sticking me with the IV, which he then hooked up (bleeding from one end) with his bare hands. I don't remember much after that as I was knocked out. When I went back 5 days later for dry sockets in my bottom 2 wisdom teeth, I never saw him. Instead, his assistant forcefully "irrigated" my unbearably painful sockets (which caused blood clots to come out) and then packed them with eugenol sponges and quickly left the room. Nothing was explained to me beforehand, just an incredibly painful procedure which brought me to tears even after days of unbearable pain. Then his assistant came back in and told me I was ready to go. I asked if I could get a note for some time off of work since he had prescribed me narcotic painkillers, I was/had been in horrible pain, and I didn't feel comfortable driving/making important decisions while under the influence of the prescribed narcotics. The assistant said that she would check with him and that I should wait at the front desk for my prescriptions and the note. The front desk person printed off my prescriptions and gave them to me with a smile. I asked about the note for work. She said she would get it. So she prints one off and it only has my appointment on it, nothing about my dry sockets or the narcotic medication that I was taking. I said "I'm not sure that this is going to work." Then Dr. Glenn comes up behind me and says "Not gonna happen." I was confused (and in severe pain, and drugged up) and asked "What?" He then said "You're not going to get any time off of work." I then explained to him that my job requires a lot of driving and talking and that I would be in a lot of pain which would require the use of the narcotic painkillers that he had just prescribed, which I didn't feel comfortable with. He then told me to just take Tylenol during the day instead of what he had just prescribed. I told him that I had been taking Tylenol during the day along with the maximum amount of ibuprofen and it was still unbearable, to the point where my stomach was upset all the time as well. I started crying at his front desk because I couldn't understand why he didn't understand how much pain I was in and he walked away from me and hid behind a wall. My mom called him later because he took my sister's wisdom teeth out too, and she remembered that he had awful bedside manner back then. He lied to my mom on the phone and told her that I was a smoker and that was the reason that I got dry socket! First of all, my mom knows that I'm not a smoker so she knew that he was lying. Second of all, he violated HIPAA by divulging medical "information" to an outside party over the phone without my consent. So in short, if you don't mind catching HIV, hepatitis, or infective endocarditis, and you don't mind having your private medical information told to anybody who will call asking about you, then Dr. Glenn is still not the best choice. Dr. Glenn is a truly gifted oral surgeon! The very best! Removing a tooth that seemed would be difficult, he did quickly and painlessly.

Best Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon in the region. His practiced moved "out-of-network" prior to my second surgery but the added costs were more than worth it, he certainly has a better "vision" and approach to the surgical process and it's evident when he walks you through the procedures.

Great oral surgeon! Was in and out of there in ~30 minutes and the staff was super friendly. I had to go back for dry sockets and they helped me out by packing it with some medicine and giving me advice. Dr. Glenn said if I needed anything still I could even call him on his personal cell. So cool.

After a 25-year old bridge came loose I decided to have implants instead. This required a bone graft. After a disappointing experience with a different dental surgeon my regular dentist recommended I see Dr. Glenn. This turned out to be a very wise decision, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result. Dr. Glenn did an awesome job. My bone is completely regrown, and I have terrific implants now. I was very impressed with Dr. Glenn's extensive knowledge of bonegrafting. He explains everything carefully and in a friendly way, so you know exactly what to expect. He used some very advanced method for bone regrowth. After surgery he even called me in the evening to make sure I felt OK. I cannot say enough about the staff at this office,they are the most professional and courteous I have ever seen. I have had two procedures done here, both by Dr Glenn, and both times his work has been impeccable. He puts you completely at ease from the start and his chair side manner is above reproach. Andrew Glenn and his staff are highly trained and efficient in their practice of dentistry. Dr Glenn took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and presented clearly a plan of care following my extraction and implant placement. The worst experience of my life. I am terrified of the dentist and dr Glenn's office was aware of this but still left me in a room by myself came in and shot up my infected mouth which was only about fifty percent effective. Then left me by myself again. I was in full panic mode by then. Dr Glenn returned and poked in my mouth asking if that hurt and before I could even answer yes he pulled my tooth then started scraping my bone with one of his tools. By the time the five minutes was up I was wrapped up in the fetal position from all the pain. Dr Glenn made some comment like "You can unfold yourself now." He rattled off how to take the meds in about ten seconds and that was that. They charged me $315 and I didn't spend more than five minutes total with the doctor. They also charged me a consultation fee of $100 but the funny thing is I definitely didn't get a consultation! I ended up with a dry socket three days later but have been suffering for six days because I'd rather die than go back there. I told his office staff that I had a miserable experience and they seemed very compassionate but dr Glenn just acted like I was bothering him and he couldn't care less that I had a terrible experience. I called my regular dentist and they have referred me to another oral surgeon but after my experience with dr Glenn I am sick and panicking about anyone looking in my mouth or even touching me. So if you have any fear of the dentist dr Glenn is definitely not the surgeon for you. He was not compassionate and only acted like I was just bothering him. Shame on you dr Glenn. You shouldn't practice medicine without compassion. I definitely don't recommend dr Glenn. The worst experience of my life. Like a fool I asked for pain meds and really, dont even need them. I dont know how he does it but he is bar-none, the BEST!

Dr. Glenn has a wonderful establishment. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always right on time and will work with my schedule. I have been taking my sons to Dr. Glenn for years and whenever we need a procedure, he is very gentle and thorough. We are without insurance and Dr. Glenn has always been extremely fair.

Hands down the best service one can expect when having to go to an Oral surgeon. I had wisdom teeth pulled and an implant and bone graft on a front tooth. I had almost no pain and was back to work the next day. Also I broke my temporary crown off on a Friday night at 6:00 and Dr. Glenn came back into his office and got it fixed so I was able to attend my client event the next morning with both front teeth. Dr. Glenn and his staff are very professional and helpful. While I was waiting on Dr. Glenn to extract a tooth, his assistants checked on me multiple times to see if I was ok. Dr. Glenn addressed all of my concerns and I did not have any problems or pain after the extraction.

My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth out. They were very quick and she is doing great. The staff was very professional, personable, and followed up to make sure she was doing well. I would recommend Dr. Glenn and plan to bring my other children here when they need their wisdom teeth out.

Awesome experience, very informative. I had a lot of work done (all 4 wisdom teeth, 3 baby teeth pulled, 3 adult teeth exposed and then little loops were attached to help pull them down into place) and they were incredibly kind and quick. I didn't have many questions, I figured leave it to the doctors, they have a better idea of what they were doing. We had some miscommunication with the billing at first but everything was easily sorted and taken care of. Dr. Glenn knows his stuff, talks super fast, but is willing to answer any questions. They gave me thorough instructions on how to take care of my mouth afterwards. I didn't have any problems whatsoever, I barely needed the pain medication I was subscribed. Dr. Glenn completed an implant for me about two years ago. I am now having another implant at his office. His skill and his concern for the patient is very admirable. He makes sure that you are not having any discomfort while the procedure is taking place. I have nothing but exceptional praise for his abilities. I'm so happy that he is here for me to complete these procedures. I had some traumatic experiences with the dentist as a child, so I have a bit of anxiety when visiting a dental office. In January of this year, I had oral maxillofacial surgery on both my upper and lower jaw. This was a major surgery and Dr. Glenn and his staff made me comfortable with everything about it. I am a nurse at one of the local hospitals. I work with Dr. Glenn infrequently but when I do I'm always so impressed with the expertise he shows during surgery. He treats us as staff very well and he also has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn.

The only downside to my visit was waiting in the exam room because the previous patient took longer than expected. I was kept up to date on how long it would be and given the option to return at a later date if I needed to leave.

Unless you want turned over to collection for not paying a bill you had no idea you owed, as you payed the day of services and then to find out that they were sending a bill to an address that you didn't even live at (in a totally different town) then I would suggest going to Andrew Glenn, DDS. Did a procedure for my son and had no idea what tools were needed. We waited while he sent someone to another office to get them. Totally unprofessional! Then, when i was discussing a bill with the office, he got on the phone and said i was wasting HIS time. This guy is an arrogant jerk!

Maybe "loved it" is an exaggeration, but Dr. Glenn has a nice touch. You are at the dentist guys, and that is always stressful, but he handles himself well.

Dental work is no fun. With that said for anything major I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Glenn's office is so efficient, you get in and you get out. I had to have a tooth pulled.
