It is bizzare that this site says Dr. Cole is "accepting new patients" because I am an old patient and they informed me that he is no longer a physician. and, I tried *unsuccessfully" to get my old records & MRIs because as Renata explained to me, today, they aren't legally required to hold our medical records. And, apparently, they do not need to make an appointment when you call at 9 am and they finally call you back at 3:30 pm, if you sound a bit irate. Renata informed me that should would not make an appointment for me, until another day, when I call back, after I calmed down. (Note: going through their phone system will NOT help me to "calm down".) Renata also refused to research whether or not they still have my records, she just claimed that "they probably do not" and refused to actually investigate, she insisted (twice) to put me through to a voice mail system, to speak to her manager, Nicole. I have left a message, and I assume that I will now have to wait at least ANOTHER day to get a return phone call. But, after what has transpired so far, I will take this as being a place that I do NOT care to be seen by a doctor. And, as for my records, well, Renata made it PERFECTLY clear that she will not check for them, and that they aren't legally required to have them, so I am out-of-luck. I do NOT recommend going to this facility. Wait for an emergency and go to the Emergency Room - they treat you better!!! He is so knowledgeable and kind. He adjusted to get me back in as quickly as possible. He was reassuring about my back pain. I really appreciate Dr. Cole for his professionalism and ability to explain things so I could understand them.
