My visit and subsequent surgery were very positive and I am very happy with my results. Dr Baertsch was so pleasant and answered any questions I had. I would see him again if I need plastic surgery.

Dr. Baertsch spent so much time talking to me about my breast reconstruction options after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. His genuine concern was evident and it gave me confidence that he would be an excellent ally in my breast cancer journey.

I can't even tell you how bad my surgical results are. Years later, I have to live with a scar and a crooked nose until I can afford a $7000 surgery to fix it. His bedside manner is horrible. What a terrible experience!

Not a great experience. Not happy with the surgery outcome or how they handled my surgery outcome based on THEIR incompetence. Now they want to charge me again for the same surgery they couldn't do right the first time.
