The ambiance is like walking into a Spa, not a doctor's office. You feel immediately relaxed. Dr. Torsone has a calming effect and shows genuine empathy for women going thru menopause. She is highly educated and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her

The doctor is Great but I get surprise when i received a $300 bill because they don't accepted my Insurance CIGNA the think is I called before to booked the appointment to make sure they receive this kind of insurance I gave my member ID and the front desk lady said YES but unfortunately it wasn't truth and the few days later they charged my credit card $300 Because the insurance did not paid nothing If I know this I never go there. I hope this review been check and do something about it

Dr. Torsone is an excellent physician. She takes time to explain procedures and makes time to answer questions. Her practice uses a portal which makes it easier to review the details of the visit and to ask questions regarding diagnoses or test results. I highly recommend Dr. Torsone and have referred family and friends to her as well.

Dr. Torsone is an amazing doctor that treats patients with dignity and understanding I would recommend her to anyone who seeks a great doctor who is knowledgeable and kind. She is a great role model for being fit and taking accountability in our own lives for our health

I've never had such a wonderful encounter with a gynecologist. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Torsone. She is very kind and patient. Top Notch!

Dr. Torsone provides and amazingly calm and caring experience for her patients. She makes you feel like you are the most important person and that she is there just for you! She obviously loves what she does and puts her patients first! She is a true blessing!

There is always a great experience at this office. They genuinely care about their patients and their well-being! I have been going here for many years.

I’ve been going to Dr. Torsone for years and I’ve referred her to my friends and colleagues. She and her nurse, Laura, as well as the receptionist/office manager are all very kind and welcoming. The office itself is very warm and homey, even the exam rooms. Dr. Torsone never rushes through an exam and once the exam is over she comes back in to see if you have any questions about the exam or about your health in general. She once went to battle for me when my primary care doctor wasn’t doing anything to address the serious iron deficiency I didn’t even know I had (my PC doctor told me my iron levels were a little low but it was because of my period). I don’t know what Dr. Torsone said to him but he called me that same day to let me know he referred me to a hematologist. Turns out it had nothing to do with my period. Dr. Torsone is wonderful. She treats you like a person, not just another patient. I’ve been going to Dr. Torsone for years and I’ve referred her to my friends and colleagues. This was my first visit to Carolina Gynecology and I had a great experience with Dr. Torsone. I never once felt rushed or judged during my annual exam and Dr. Torsone was kind and professional. The office staff were friendly and warm.

Dr. Torsone has great interpersonal communication skills and answers all questions and concerns in a very caring way. Her procedures are quick, but thorough. I have recommended her to all of my friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Torsone since I moved to the Raleigh area about 16 years ago. I’ve followed her in all of her office relocations even though those locations keep getting farther away and less convenient, I’d still follow her! She’s a wonderful, kind and attentive doctor and I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Torsone has been my gynecologist for almost 15 years now. She is just the sweetest, wonderful bed-side manner, and is very thorough. I appreciate the fact that she always airs on the side of caution, she sent me to have a mammogram due to a small lump I had found in my breast. Thankfully, it turned out to be fatty tissue. The office staff are super nice and very professional as well. I would recommend this gynecologist to anyone who is new to the area or just looking for a change. Dr. Torsone is wonderful! She always takes as little or as much time as needed to answer my questions. She's very knowledgeable and thorough, and she's friendly and will make small talk, which helps with the awkwardness of it all :) Dr. Torsone's staff are all great as well.

Horrible customer service. Missed an early morning appointment after being up sick the night before. Very rude saying they were charging me the late fee DESPITE calling them back after waking up with a fever. Things happen, people get sick. You would think they would want sick patients to stay home. Tried to get the office manager on the phone with no luck. Very poor customer service. The only one losing here is the doctor because her staff had absolutely zero empathy for the patient. Excellent Care! I first met Dr. Torsone when she took over the practice for Dr. Marks (now retired), who I really liked. He had a fantastic bedside manner. I was willing to give Dr. Torsone a chance, mainly because she was in the same office. Dr. Torsone has been my gynecologist for several years now. I have enjoyed our conversations during my annual exams. I have had two occasions to see her shine as a doctor and as a professional. In both cases, she was immediately responsive, willing to answer any and all of my questions, and also willing to make a referral to a specialist. In the first case, I met with the specialist and the condition corrected itself. In the second case, Dr. Torsone consulted with a specialist and treated me herself. She was adamant that if her colleague suggested a different course of treatment, she would be fully supportive of referring me to her. It could be that we are both from New York, I am not sure, however I really like having Dr. Torsone as my doctor and strongly recommend her for anyone seeking a thorough, experienced and kind gynecologist. Dr Torsone is very easy to talk to and friendly. I always look forward to seeing her. My appointments are always quick yet have enough time!

Dr. Torsone was attentive and extremely easy to talk to about questions and issues. We discussed birth control options for my daughter; and, she was informative and helpful.

Dr. Torsone is truly amazing doctor. I would recommend her to any female looking for that one on one personal experience. She can see you same day if you’re having a problem. Love that about her practice and her staff is so friendly and professional. Love Dr. Torsone!

Worst service ever, even the front receptionist is crappy! Will will never go back nor recommend anyone to this low budget facility. They need to be updated and hire more staff they may even need to find a new doctor because Torsone is horrible!

I have been going to Dr. Torsone for the past 12 years and she is the best. I drive 2 hours to away so I can keep her as my doctor.

Dr. Torsone and her staff were very welcoming. I absolutely loved the office as I felt like I was in a spa and not at the doctors. The robes are silk and not paper. Dr. Torsone came in and asked me prior to my exam if I had any questions. I asked Dr. Torsone some pre-menopause questions prior to my exam and she was certainly up to date on the latest information concerning this issue. She listened to me and offered to run some tests due to symptoms I was experiencing. I certainly will be back!

Once you get past the front door then everything's fantastic.
