Andre Lagrange

Not worth your time , literally wasted mine . He was to “busy” to even come back to the room on the rounds the last days and when we did he had no valuable information . He is a joke do not waste your time or money . This hospital has been horrible.

My wife has been treated for epilepsy for 58 years. As a military child and a military wife she has traveled all over. The worst care she has ever received is from Lagrange. He was more interested in flaunting his credentials than caring for my wife. His lack of concern went to the point of setting her up to have tonic clonic seizures by taking her off clonazapam cold turkey instead of weaning. He is the only doctor that I have ever looked in the eye and said “You are fired.” My wife has been treated for epilepsy for 58 years. All he did was waste my time and money . Gave no valuable information, ever . Would never recommend to anyone. Honestly would have better luck in a ER or a urgent care .

I was introduced to Andre Lagrange at the Nashville VA Hospital. Lagrange's first impression was sweet and caring, but that quickly ended when I began asking questions about my diagnosis and treatment. Lagrange told me, "you shouldn't nitpick". This coming from a doctor AND associate professor who also told me he was unable to pull my central line because he is "used to looking at screens all day" is unacceptable. Impressively knowledgeable, incredible bedside manner, respectful, easy to talk to, and always a pleasure to see.

My wife sees Dr. Lagrange for her epilepsy. Their over the phone service is HORRENDOUS!! we always seem to be on hold for 30 minutes or more regardless of the time or day. Messages are NEVER returned, and our pharmacy was unable to reach them in order to renew her prescription. This nearly caused a visit to the ER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALLING.... EVER.
