I would give Dr. Spence zero stars if I could. She delivered my premature twins 16 years ago. On our first visit with her at 17 weeks, she walked into the ultrasound room, looked at the babies for a few minutes, and began to tell us that our twins were going to die, I might die or not be able to have more children, and that we should terminate (aka MURDER) our babies. She said she would recommend this to her own daughter, so she was really being so caring. We promptly refused. Unfortunately, we stayed with her because there wasn’t another specialist in our area. Not surprisingly, 2 weeks later she entered the room exclaiming that the babies looked 100% better! She did a Pap smear at 30 weeks, and just a few days later, I was put in the hospital for being “in labor.” Within a day, my babies were delivered by emergency c-section, weighing less than 3 pounds each. My beautiful, healthy girls have never had one health problem. They are thankful that their mom and dad chose life and didn’t listen to a doctor who would be happy to rip a tiny baby limb from limb on the POSSIBILITY of a sad outcome. Even if they had not made it, I would never ever take their lives into my own hands. Doctors are not God. Please, do not ever listen to a doctor like this!

My husband and I were so worried about a recent diagnosis before meeting with Dr. Spence. She told us first thing not to worry. She went into great detail to explain the diagnosis and where we were in the process. She was very thorough and we appreciated her taking all the time we needed to answer our questions. She is truly an expert!

Heartless has no compassion for her patients

She is an outright liar.she gave me 10 minutes of her time but wrote in her report 60 minutes. She claims she examined me according to her report.SHE NEVER TOUCHED ME. She didn't have the decency to notify me of my progesterone levels even after informing her i miscarried due to low progesterone.
