Exceptional diagnostician. The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful. Dr Lamas is excellent. There are very few doctors out there that can compare. I did extensive research to find the specialist I felt would meet my current medical needs. She did that and beyond. She listens, reiterates and really delves into what the issue is. She is extremely knowledgeable and educates and answers questions or doubts you may have without the arrogance. Just research her if you’d like to know more about her. She deserves all the accolades she’s received through the years. She is also very humble and understanding. I cannot say enough.

This is the best allergist. I’ve been going here since i was 3 years old. I used to be allergic to everything, also very asthmatic. They would give me shots every Friday to improve my allergies and when i was about 12 i stopped going because I got so much better. I am now 20 & I stopped having allergies it just all disappeared. I went recently because my asthma is coming back & i’ve been itchy. I thought it was my allergies but i went back to get an allergy test and surprisingly tested negative to everything. I am super grateful for Ana for being the absolute best and improving my allergies and asthma. I 100% recommend her. This is the best allergist. I’ve been going here since i was 3 years old. Dr Lamas is a true gem in Miami. She and her staff are just incredibly kind and compassionate. You are not a number here, you are a person and on top of that, Dr Lamas is the best allergist I have ever been to. Great doctor, great staff and they treat my very elderly Mom like she was their own.

For someone who was sold from the good reviews, do not fall for it. I never got the chance to be attended by this acclaimed Dr. Lamas. I did meet Carlos Jaen. Although very knowledgeable, it was hurtful how many times I had to reiterate my experience. Guess I am not allergic enough because even though I had a previous test diagnose me I was continually told it was suspected like a hypothesis based on my symptoms versus a diagnosis by a blood test over a year prior. They make you feel like you’re crazy when I am trying to seek help to manage a health problem. Some of the details would be reconstructed in a way I never stated and further creating distrust in Lamas Medical. The follow-up only amplified my doubts in the medical staff. The office sent my blood for the WRONG allergy test which was discovered during the 2 minute virtual appointment. Mind you, it costs the same as an office visit and it was over 10 minutes past the appointment time when I was able to connect with someone in the office when they are supposed to call you. There is not communication besides autogenerated texts and a call before but nothing on the day of to let you know they are planning on contacting you. All of my virtual visits have occurred late, so don’t line anything up within 3 hours. Not worth the price. I will go back to square 1 and look for a better health provider who does not diminish my symptoms, fail to communicate, and has my confidence in their care. Dr Llamas is a caring, knowledgeable doctor who thinks outside of the box. I got an allergic reaction to the first Pfizer vaccine and all my other doctors recommended that I not get fully vaccinated. I’m a teacher in a state where masks are not mandated for students, so not being vaccinated is not an option for me. Dr Llamas placed me on a medication plan so that I could safely get the vaccine. I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR! I had 3 contacts with this office, each time with the PA (Physician assistant). The PA did the evaluation and discussion of allergy testing. I cannot recommend a doctor I've never met

Would not go to this dr for cosmetic procedures. She’s not experienced or open to what your concerns are as a patient. Asked for a touch up 2 weeks and her assistant refused and said they had done what they could. I explained a droop on one side and couldn’t get an appointment. I’ve never heard a doctor work that way since that’s the idea of a 2 week follow up. She’s not experienced and her staff is not responsive.

Terrible Experience. Stoped going to the doctor cause we moved to another city and become pregnant, so i can not use their services. Got a call 6 months later that i'm in collection. Upon calling the office find out i had a balance of $109 for every week shots copayments. Did not receive even one mail regarding balance while had mail forwarding set up. Also no one ever at the office despite going there every week for 3 months told me that i have a balance. Person for billing department was very rude and will interrupt you when ever you talk.
