The office is absolutely nightmare (dark, smelly and disgusting inside). The front desk has terrible attitude, very unprofessional and inefficient. I waited between 1.5-2hrs. The 3rd time, When I suggested the front desk about making each appointment time slightly longer so that the patients won't be waiting long time, the receptionist screamed at me and asked me to find other doctor. Then the doctor told me that she can't see me if I am not willing to wait. She rushed us out after waiting 2hrs

I’ve been seeing Dr. Komotar for over 10 years now. The staff is friendly as well as Dr. Komotar.. The only downfall is that the wait time is HORRIBLE!! They ALWAYS OVERBOOK! I had a 5:30 app. When I asked why is it taking so long? The receptionist says “So sorry, 3 more before you” I said but I had a 5:30 appointment and it’s been over an hour. She shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like I was nuts!! Was seen by the dr but almost 3 hrs after my app. Stop overbooking!!!
