Terrible bedside manner and unsympathetic. Almost mocks you for health issues. Absolutely terrible practice and experience.

Dr Hirsh is a wonderful and awesome doctor! She is so smart and very kind. Her staff is so nice,too!

This allergist lacks compassion and empathy. I have been a patient at this office for decades. I ran ten minutes late due to infuriating Atlanta traffic to the office, called in advance and she refused to see me. I came from Decatur, with a sinus infection and needed it resolved for my sons fifth birthday. She didn't care. To her, after years of being a patient, rules are rules. There was no bend to see her. On another note, she misdiagnosed my mother as not having a sinus infection.

I spent my large deductible amount with Dr. Hirsh getting allergy testing, around $1200. She prescribed me a nasal spray for my dust mite allergy and sent me on my way. The spray was not covered by ins., and was $220, but since I hadn't met my deductible, I paid out of pocket and planned to appeal, only Dr. Hirsh then refused to write an appeal letter stating that I had not tried all the other options first...options which she did not herself suggest in the appointment.
