She is not empathetic towards her patients or family. You will have to go to office for even minor concerns in order to have a co-pay. My son has had strep throat numerous times so we know the protocol plus I am an RN myself. We were out of town on vacation nearest hospital was 30 minutes away, My daughter who is also a patient of Dr. Amy had drown in the pool earlier in the week. I had to do CPR on my daughter. She spent 2 days in the hospital and by the grace of God she was ok. I called her office to let them know what had happened and to expect her records. I asked if she would be willing to call an antibiotic to pharmacy since my son now had a fever and spots on throat. I know this is not a normal protocol for them ,but do to our circumstances and that I truly did not want to go back to the hospital I would hope she would do this for us. Her nurse called us back and said Dr. Amy would not. She does not care about her patients at all! Fortunately the Dr. I work for called one in.

We love Dr Amy! She is a fantastic physician, especially when dealing with my daughter with ADHD. With such a stigma of medications and ADHD, Dr Amy has provided us with research and and support, empowering us as parents I love how she talks to my child and then me. We have not had any bad experiences in our 13 years with Dr Amy!

Our daughter and son both take their children to Dr. Amy. They have nothing but good things to say about her. Our daughter especially loves how easy it is to call in with a question and get a quick response. And she is always pleased with how quickly she can get in to see Dr. Amy when she has a sick child. I highly recommend her.

We’ve had Dr. Amy as our kids ped for over 5 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing with both our son and daughter. She has an amazing personality and really cares about them. She never makes us feel rushed, gives us all the times we need, along with answers all of my questions. She explains thoroughly what options we have and we discuss what’s best for each situation. They are quick to get us in and check out. We love that they have weekend sickness hours too during flu season.

We have had Dr. Amy as our pediatrician for 17 years and 4 kids. She always explains options, diagnosis and asks lots of questions. She is intentional in speaking with both the kids and parents and always has a smile. Highly recommend.

She was assigned to me when I didn't have a pediatrician after my son was born. At first, I really liked her but my son had a routine operation at the hospital by Amy and it wasn't done correctly. Now he has to go see a specialist to fix it

Not very warm or friendly...zero personality. Just not the right doctor for our child. Doesn't show any interest in daughter when she sees her. We moved here 8 years ago and miss her other pediatrician...who would greet our child and ask her things about how she is doing, etc. This doctor is a total dud, sorry to say. Doesn't take any of your concerns seriously, just looks at you as if you are ignorant. She is not the sweetest cup of tea:) Wish we would have found someone else :(

Dr. Amy has been both of my daughters Pediatrician since they were newborns. I have always been very pleased with the care that Dr.Amy and her nurses provide for my children. She is very knowledgeable, caring and ALWAYS takes the time to explain things and make sure that all of our questions get answered. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

There office is always curtious. I never feel rushed. They listen well. They really care about the kids and do their best to help. I have 3 kids 1 being a special needs child. We have been through a lot over the years and Dr Fuchs & her staff have always been great. I am shocked someone 2 stared their office.
