I absolutely loved Dr.Chapman she made me feel super comfortable & her medical staff were the sweetest.

Her comments and suggestions were rude and not in line with what my previous doctors had said. I would never go back to her.

I can not thank Dr. Chapman and the BSW team for such an AMAZING pregnancy experience! My pregnancy was complicated in so many ways (advanced maternal age, previous c-section, recent myomectomy, hypertension) and above all that, I contracted COVID in my second trimester. This was an IVF pregnancy so we were already mentally, emotionally, and financially exhausted. I needed a team to genuinely support me and I have to say that Dr. Chapman and her team exceeded that! She went over and above throughout my pregnancy to be sure my baby and I would have a positive and healthy experience at the end of all this. My baby is here and we are both happy, healthy, and blessed to have had the professionalism and care from Dr. Chapman! I would never recommend this doctor. Incompetent, lack of knowledge and doesnt care about the patient. You will wonder why she is still a doctor with all these reviews about her. Comparing to my OB now from AA obgyn, this dr. Is way far behind the service she gives compared to me present OB. Almost gave me a trauma on ny initial prenatal with her. Had the worst birthing experience ever with this incompetent, rude, unprofessional, ignorant and disconnected doctor, this experience has shown me that these days you’re very fortunate to have a good memorable experience while giving birth. The staff here at the round rock bs&w proved over and over that they didn’t care, and were trained in one thing-being lazy, I wouldn’t let my dog give birth here with these people, it was an absolute clown show with everybody involved. The dr. did’nt even introduce herself as being the dr. let alone being on call to deliver. If you really love your spouse and want a safe delivery, please do research about this hospital, Dr. Chapman, and also the nurses-there skill level, experience and competence first, and then go elsewhere. I placed a review here a few weeks ago and removed it because it would permanently smear the reputation of this doctor. Experience, appropriate patient responsiveness and common courtesy are lacking in addition to skill, grace and adequate ability to make professional sound judgement required to provide care for patients. I won't go into detail regarding what occurred during my visit, however I will say that I walked into her office with a pain level of 2/3 and limped out with a pain level of 8. Her poor judgement, lack of responsiveness and attention to detail were the caused me to leave in a worse condition than I was in when I had arrived. I have decided to file a report with the Texas Medical Board in hopes that others will not have to survive experiences similar to mine. I was horrific, so much so, that I cancelled all of my other appointments in various departments because of the affiliation to the hospital. I limited faith in the hospital that this situation will be addressed accordingly and in response to this I have cancelled all of my appointments affiliated to this hospital BSW. Not a recommended OB Dr. Lack of knowledge and incompetent. I'm not gonna go through details about what happened to me and my unborn child but I wouldnt put someone elses life to her hand.

I was her patient for my high-risk pregnancy in 2015, and she was one of the worst doctors ever. With Braxton contractions, I haven't slept well for 3 days before my real contraction started, and my contractions didn't shorten no more than 8 min but had horrible pain for about 12 hours. I called her a few times if I could check -in to see my cervix was opened. She didn't even talk to me on the phone but prescribed me a muscle relaxer and told her nurse to tell me to take benadryl for sleeping - of course I couldn't sleep at all, and the muscle relaxer didn't do anything for the contraction. At the evening without any help all day from "supposed to my doctor," my water broke, and by the time I got to the hospital, my cervix was 7 cm open. Fortunately, the on-call doctor and nurses took good care of me. A person like this make a pregnant woman birth a baby in the car on the way to the hospital by neglecting to see the patients earlier. At that time, we just moved to this area and didn't know how to find doctors so I choose this hospital on insurance web-site and the hospital picked her as my doctor. Horrible doctor I wouldn't trust her if my life depended on her. She is rude and very uneducated she should turn in her licence to practice.

Amazing OBGYN, delivered 3 high risk pregnancies for me, and never pushed me into a situation I wasn't 100% on board with. She is also SO smart, you just know you and your baby are in good hands. Will see her for as long as she is in practice.
