friendly front office wait time was very short the doctor sit and listen to you

Dr Alsheykh is one of the most educated and experienced doctors I’ve ever seen. Wonderful experience with wellness medical center. Dr. Alsheykh is a wonderful PD , and the staff is always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Dr Alsheykh and would highly recommend to anyone.

Called the office and they put me on hold and forgot about me. I hung up after 15 mins, called back and got someone else. I would not want such service, after all we go for our health.

I’m leaving this review after leaving a bad review for a different doctor. I was recommended Dr Ammar Alsheikh by a friend. He was very knowledgeable and has been my best experience with a doctor so far. He let me know the complications on my blood test which my former doctor failed to mention and helped me feel a lot more comfortable and content. 10/10 would recommend him he is my new primary physician I’m leaving this review after leaving a bad review for a different doctor. I do not even know where to begin, so often people are so quick to complain but I wanted to take a minute to brag about the positive impact that this office has had on my quality of life. Melissa Brown, Dr. Alsheikh, Lori, and the entire staff here are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to listen and take care of everyone that walks through their doors. Their lobby is always full and the phone is always ringing and never once have I ever felt unimportant from the moment I walk in. I have been suddenly hit head-on with headaches that are inexplicable and debilitating and this entire office has worked tirelessly to help me diagnose, treat, help with paperwork, put up with my million questions and phone calls but have never given up on me or trying to help me figure out why this is happening and how to increase my quality of life, even when I feel like giving up. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for innovative, caring, quality medical care. Thank you TWMC

If your looking for a knowledgeable Doctor Dr.Alsheikh is fine. However, if your looking for a Doctor to rack up your insurance bill every 6 months weather its needed or not he's your guy, and you won't get your prescription refilled until you go in to see him. Even though the medications you take are to keep you safe and healthy. I have been going to Dr. Alsheikh for 9 years and I'm done, his staff is beyond rude and are some of the laziest staff I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism is terrible and the constantly bring their personal views on politics, and personal life into their job and is unacceptable. DON'T GO, if you feel cheated or taken advantage of call your insurance company as they have steps that can be taken to eliminate coverage to his clinic. I'm glad to have met this Doctor even in dire circumstances of my condition and apprehension. He prescribed me an antibiotic as a safe measure awaiting lab results. Luckily I was contacted the very next day with negative results by a member of his great staff and made a follow up appointment while sending him a message for further instructions meantime. I can relax now........ NOW AFTER A COUPLE OF YEARS, I'VE HAD NOTHNG BUT THE BEST SERVICE STILL. HOWEVER, MY CONDITION HAS TAKEN A TURN. I WASN'T FEELING WELL A FEW WEEKS AGO, AFTER THE EXAMINATION, HE SUSPECTED I HAD COVID, TESTED ME, AND I RECEIVED A WARM CALL FROM THE STAFF STATING IT CAME BACK POSITIVE. THEY WORKED WITH ME PRESCRIBING MEDS, ARRANGED FOR AN X-RAY, AND ADVISED ME TO GO TO THE ER IF I FELT WORSE. THEY ARRANGED TWO VIDEO VISITS TO FOLLOW UP, SOFTLY BUT POSITIVELY CONVINCING ME TO TURN IN. THEY ADVISED, SENSING MY RESISTANCE, TO PURCHASE A PULSE OXIMETER AND MONITOR MY LEVEL OF OXYGEN, AND IF I COULD NOT MAINTAIN 92% TO GO IN TO ER. AFTER A DAY OF INABILITY TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED NUMBERS, I WENT FOR IT. BEST DECISION EVER. I STARTED TO IMPROVE IMMEDIATELY, DAY BY DAY, AND LAST NIGHT I WAS DISCHARGED. GOT A MACHINE AND TANKS OF OXYGEN, AND STILL MAINTAINING 94 TO 96 AT HOME. I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL, AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND THANK THEM ALL FOR THE SOFT, BUT FIRM PUSH NEEDED TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Great doctor and staff. Never disappoints.

I switched from AZ Internal Medicine(Nandini Raman), and Wellness care is 360 times better. My old doctor just didn't care. Years ago, I had several hospitalizations, surgeries, and chemo as the result of a form of leukemia, forcing me to relearn tasks such as walking. Care, and character, are two of Melissa Brown's characteristics. Furthermore, Dr. Brown posses a friendly and helpful bedside manner. The office staff, with Lori's guidance, ensure any other requirements are taken care of, in an efficient and effective manner. Yes, they have had errors. However, they own the mistake, and resolute in correcting the situation. I couldn't ask for anything else in a doctor's office. Thank you so much. We moved from VA few years back and Dr. Alsheikh was recommended to me by a friend, and since then he became our whole family doctor, he is sincere, knowledgeable, and caring, takes his time with you, and cares about your well being, he has surrounded him self with an amazing caring staff, and it shows with every visit. Dr. Alsheikh is a wonderful physician! His staff is so kind and caring and COMPETENT! I have been my mom’s caregiver for years throughout her multiple surgeries and other health issues and every visit is almost effortless. My mom is 82 and a spitfire. So sometimes she can be difficult and they all take it in stride. The staff is extremely prompt in getting referrals to other specialists and always offer to help me to get paperwork filed to the proper outpatient companies. I’ve had Dr. Alsheikh as my primary doctor in Chandler for approximately 13 years and consider him to be an excellent choice for anyone.

Very impressed with him he listens, is patient and caring. His office staff is great!

My experience with dr Alsheikh is great. He is personable, never rushes and above all he listens. He knows his medicines and what reacts with each other (very important). After a blood test he will call with any changes. I am over 80 now and a little slower, so I bring in a family member and he makes sure they know what I need. My last Dr in another state graduated #1 from a large medical school and was a close neighbor & gave me personal care - dr Alsheikh is the same. You will not find a better dr.

Dr Alsheikh and his staff are awesome. I’ve been a patient for close to 10 years. Even though I moved 15 miles further away 3 years ago, I stayed with him and his team because of their professionalism and care.

In all my 52 years I have never seen a better Dr than Dr Alsheikh! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what you are saying. I never get the sense that he is in a hurry. Appointments are always on time. I have never had to wait...not even 5 minutes...not once. If the Dr orders lab work they draw your blood right there in the office. No need to go to another facility for bloodwork. And the office staff is just simply amazing!! You gals just rock! Plain and simple! For once I actually enjoy going to Dr appointments! Horrible, this person lives or have lived in a hostile environment added to some fear and oppression of some kind. I was switching doctors due to personal reasons and I know I was not welcome at this office even having received a referral from a friend of mine. It could have been a professional consultation in which the doc would have been doing his duties as a physician, however, I was insulted and disrespected with a collection of questions as to WHY I was changing doctors, WHO had printed my blood test results, why I needed a refill on a particular medication and not on all of the ones I take, stupid and ignorant or make believe silly. I brought along my test results to show my present health to the good doctor, as a courtesy, my health is great by the way. I was sort of humiliated in so many ways by a person that is supposed to be doing his duties as I said before and not investigating WHY I was there. Never have I seen such a situation. I encourage people to look elsewhere.

I was a patient of DR Alsheikh for about 14 years. He has good medical knowledge. I changed DR's however, as I wanted a DR who had an interest in me as a person/patient versus one that just looks at and reacts to my test numbers. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. Throughout most of the years I went to him he had an office worker Kristy who was just terrific. All of the other staff turned over frequently. I went every three to four months and each time the entire staff would be different except for Kristy. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be taken for an appointment and never had an appointment where the DR spent more than 10 minutes with me. I am much happier and feel a greater sense of balance in my medical care with my new DR.

Awesome Doctor. Dr. Alsheikh has been our doctor for over 10 years. We have confidence in him as he listens and does not ever make you feel hurried. We are so blessed to have found him after searching for a caring primary physician . He takes each concern and figures out the best option. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors. Fantastic experience from the professional and upbeat staff, prompt analytical services. Dr Alsheikh is one of the best doctor's I've had that privilege of consulting in my years.

Dr Ammar is a great physician, I been going to his clinic for over 3 years he doesn't give you a prescription drug unless you really need it, he will go to the point he knows his job very well. I am bless to have him as my physician, Amazing staff.

Dr Elsheikh is my doctor for the past 6 years, I trust him and when i need to see him for health reasons it doesnt take long to get fast appointment, He cares about his patients, He takes the time to address all my concerns, Pleasant and helpful staff, I recommend him very highly,

Dr. Alsheikh has been my doctor for several years, I feel so blessed to have found him. He is such a caring person and takes the time to listen to what I have to say, he is patient and responsive to my medical concerns. Dr. Sheikh has training in endocrinology in addition to internal medicine. He's knowledgeable and willing to spend the time needed to take care of his patients.

I started seeing him back when I was 18 in 2014. I was chronically ill and had basically been written off by my old doctor, so I was nervous going to a new doctor. But let me tell you he is one of the nicest most caring diligent doctor I've ever had. I am not an easy patient by any means, I've been admitted to the hospital more times than I can count and have had three surprises surgeries, plus I'm allergic to like five medications. But he always does his best to help me, and he really listens to me. He is an amazing doctor and I think it's really unfair that he only has a 3.2 star review. I have recommended him to my friends, family and now husband. If you want a doctor who cares, listens and treats you like a person instead of a number, I strongly suggest you go to Dr. Alsheikh. After moving here from California, I was in need of finding a new physician. Dr. Alsheikh came recommended to me by several people in the healthcare industry. It turned out to be an outstanding recommendation. I could not be more pleased by the professional care provided by Dr. Alsheikh and his staff. This doctor is a gem! Being in the healthcare field myself I can say with the utmost confidence that not only does he know his medicine and medical care, he is a real gentleman. He stays up-to-date on current medical evidence and practice, and provides continuity of care, even when one is hospitalized. He has his patients' best interests at heart. This past year I have had the worst anxiety due to many family issues. Three family members are failing in health and I help care for all three. My anxiety became so bad that I was unable to sleep and at times did not do my best at work because my life was overwhelming me. When I went to Dr. Alsheikh the first time all I did was cry. He put me on a prescription along with sending me to a phychologist to talk to. I feel like my old self at this point!

I had a 4:30 appoint., arrived at 3:30, taken back to tx room 4:45. He asked me a couple of question then said need to continue next visit for was closing time. I told him I was getting sick, very sore throat, sniffles and feeling poorly. I have a condition in which I required steroids injections when feeling bad, especially when coming down with flu or URI. He refused to give me what is required for my health . rude, uncompassionate, not medically knowledgeable. Stay away from him.

My overall experience with Doctor Alsheikh has been great up until today. While we all know that a doctor can be extremely busy so can everyone else. So if I have a question pertaining to a doctor treating me and would like for him or her to call me, you would think this wouldn’t be a problem for a doctor. Well this apparently is a problem with DR Alsheikh. His solution is make an appointment. So why drive 30 miles round trip, pay a 25$ co-pay just to ask a question pertaining to my health.
