Amit Tevar

He did my liver transplant back at UC in 2012 when I was sixteen years old. I'm forever grateful for him saving my life. i'm still doing very well almost ten years later. I was never able to show how much I appreciated it at the time but anyone would be very lucky to have him as a doctor.

I was a kidney donor and Dr. Tevar was my surgeon at Montefiore. He is a fantastic surgeon, down to earth, and explains everything in a calm realistic manner. I love his professionalism and friendliness mix, it was perfect for my experience. The surgery went great, healing is going great, and communication is great. I would recommend Dr. Tevar!
