Had a very comfortable evaluation and felt like family, office staff was very professional and helped me with everything and made sure my visit was great.

Dr. Karadsheh is one of the greatest Endocrinologist to visit! He is very patient, kind, and he explains every single word to me! Highly recommended!

All the staff are super incredibly friendly and I've always had a pleasant experience.

They are the worst in getting back to you. I’ve been waiting for a prescription for 7 days now. The wait is too longer at times.

Dr Al-Karadsheh is the Best Endocrinoligist in Houston! Makes patient feel valued, never rushes through the visit and explains in laymen's terms what is the problem and gives the options of treatment plans. I would highly recommend Dr. Al-Karadsheh above all in his field!

Don't waste your time and money. Worst doctor office ever

UNPROFISSIONAL AND RUDE-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$ , Overbooked, On my first visit I waited over 2 hrs. When I complained, I was seen by Dr. for only 5 minutes. On 2nd visit, door was lock for lunch with NO SIGN on the door. But Andrea open the door for Pizza delivery guy, SHE would not let patients in receptions area. There were 8 patient waiting in the building hall way with only 4 chairs to set. She was rude and will NOT sign delivery from UPS lady who was delivering Medicine. HOW RUDE

Personally, I like Dr. Al- Karadsheh, but his staff NEVER do what they are instructed to do. Lab results are kept secret until you make multiple phone calls to obtain same and then his nurse gives cryptic answers about your results. The wait time is awful. Today, I waited one hour without being told why, the receptionist said " let me go see how much longer it will be." Instead, I gave her lab results from another of my doctors seen this week and I left his office.
