Dr Pipia is wonderful but I think this little floozy Sandra should be fired. She takes my call then asks me to hold but never comes back on the line

Very bad doctor.he never coordinate with patient.He always scared about you that you have the covid virus or not? A doctor should not like that .He doesnt care about your diseases... He is not a professional doctor...

Great doctor! Super friendly and polite. He takes his time and not rush during the consultation. He makes sure to ask you all the right questions to make sure he diagnose you correctly and give you the right treatment. The front desk staff are friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions. Great attitude.

I've been Dr. Pipia's patient for several years now and he's great. Very thorough and professional. His staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The front desk secretaries are the worst ever. They're rude and unprofessional. They always screw up information when sending out referrals and medical forms. They also don't understand the concept of emergency. Need to make an appointment right away because you're sick? Forget about it because they don't care. The office environment is hostile because of them. Please fire them and hire better people.

My Sister went to this person he diagnosed her with Pnemonia, only later to change it to COPD! Put her in Mt. Sinai in Queens hospital. Terrible hospital matches the doctor. After many tests he sent her home with many, many drugs. Since she came home on Wednesday, she has been laying in bed popping the pills that he gave her. She weighs 93 pounds and I don't know how much longer she can go on like this. Great Doctor hasn't even called to see how she is doing!!!! Pat Collins

Usually a long wait to see him, even with an appointment. Terrible when it comes to returning calls. My elderly mother who is 90 years old is a patient of his. I left an URGENT message with Jo to let him know that she was in the hospital. This guy never bothered to return the call. This is not the first time where I have left messages and did not get a return call. What kind of doctor is this?
