Worst phone service ever!!! I called to make an appointment for my kid whom I told the phone lady that he needed to be seen by the doctor soon. She spent long time on the phone asking about insurance and other insignificant details then after LONG chat and info she ended up telling me that the doctor won't be available this month. I told her from the start that the kid needs to be seen by the doctor soon and she could have just told me that the doctor is not available but instead she wasted my time!! Great staff and doctor.

Absolutely rude and has no care for mental health. My child was absolutley triggered by her multiple times and after being told she still continued to not care.

I love Dr. Langshaw. My son loves Dr. Langshaw. Her staff however lacks any ability to do their job. I've always had issues with getting things done in a timely fashion if at all. It has currently taken 3 weeks to get a refill on meds hes been on for over a year. The staff does not listen as all. They put in a completely different RX. The story goes on and on. Point is I will never refer friends or family to Dr. Langshaw until she does some major staff changes.
