If I was rating my therapist, 5/5 stars. Therapy changed my life and I could not be more grateful for her. If your therapist here is great, then stick with them and I hope for the best. But, if you are an incoming patient, I would HIGHLY recommend going someplace else. I can’t tell you how poorly this company treated me. I have spent so much time and money here, and I got rewarded by being stereotyped for giving the company feedback that they desperately needed. I had money missing that they owed me for well over 6 months, and after asking time and time again, they took forever to fix the problems and even lied to me. I was missing well over $300 that they overcharged me for. Wrong insurance billed multiple times, two different insurances billed twice on the same date that I had to point out multiple times, and I inquired 4 different times for refunds I was supposed to receive, but never did. The financial person, Jaimie, told me and my therapist that she didn’t know where the money

She was caring and knowledgeable. Long wait to see her but worth it.
