Dr Amanda Harris was the best choice for women's health, OB/GYN before my 2nd of 4 children delivered C-section over 20+ years ago. She is the BEST physician AND surgeon. I had fibroid tumors over the decades and 2 more pregnancies with healthy C-section deliveries. We tried multiple conservative treatments to shrink them after they grew so large they were interfering with cycles, Dr Harris had to meticulously robotically hours of surgery incised and carefully delivered my excessively scarred uterus wrapped around intestines and other important internal functions including my bladder and left my healthy ovaries intact. 4 years later I'm still mobile and no longer suffering from all the chronic UTIs, back problems, along with heavy fibroid flow and severe cramps, ALL GONE!!!. I trust this woman as a long time friend and even now as my later in life over 50 gynecologist! SHE IS THE BEST. At a time during covid you would think this office would be understanding of the fact that you can’t come in when sick or exposed. I went in for my first ultrasound and before my next appointment my family got sick. I called to let them know and they said I couldn’t come in until we were symptom free and not exposed to anyone with covid for two weeks. We fought this illness all through Christmas and lost three family members during that time. This was a critical time for my pregnancy because it was a time when I should have had lots of testing. So now I call to make an appointment since we were all better and quarantined for two weeks and they don’t know if they can see me anymore because I’m too far along? I feel abandoned at 26 weeks pregnant. I’ve been calling doctors all day and no one will see me because I’m too far along now. I had to go to the ER twice now for bleeding. I’ve never felt so disregarded. I will never ever go back to another UT health doctor. I just don’t understand how you abandon someone because they are too far along it makes zero sense! Dr. Harris was my OB for my twin pregnancy and delivery. She's amazing and has the best bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend as Ob/gyno. She took well care of me during my pregnancy/delivery. She definitely makes you feel comfortable and willingly answers any questions or concerns. Staff is amazing as well so kind and always willing to help as well. They make you feel welcomed.

Amanda Harris is truly a caring person and the type of person who was meant to be a physician! Kind, intelligent, compassionate! I have only good things to say. The office and staff are great as well and wait is usually 10 min or so.

Dr. Harris is the most conscientious and thorough OBGYN I’ve found in the area. She’s kind and understanding but knows how to let me know when things need to be taken seriously. I have been a patient of Dr. Harris on and off for almost 20 years and wouldn’t consider anyone else handing major health concerns or the birth of a child for me at this point. I’ve had Dr. Harris as my gynecologist for 20 years. From telephone call to make appointments to time of check-out, I continue to receive respectful, patient-focused, knowledgeable, and personalized treatment. Dr. Harris is extremely intelligent, effective communicator, holds high ethical standards, active listener, and appointment timeliness. She is dedicated to providing the best treatment options and prescribes medications with best cost effectiveness in savings of money and right medications for the conditions. She is extremely thorough in her approach to her exams, treatment options, and follow-up appointments. The visit outcomes always exceeded my expectations. Her philosophy of care is adopted to all staff members who work from desk to her assistants in team approach. I feel like I’m her only patient in the time that I spent with her and her team members. I highly recommend her for total patient commitment to highest of ethical and medical standards.

Dr Amanda Harris is an outstanding doctor and has an amazing staff. If you are in need of a doctor just for regular yearly checkup or for pregnancy I would recommend her. Her and her staff truly care about their patients (My husband asked questions the whole delivery and she answered them all). They are very thorough and listen to what you have to say. We had a scare in our pregnancy and she was very knowledgeable/ supportive the whole time. I can not say enough positive things about her and her team! She is very nice , calm and professional. Had my first delivery with her and it was a nice experience.

Outstanding compassion, knowledge, and skill. Her selection of office staff says much as well. Feel right at home always. She has delivered 2 of our children, walked me through uterine and bladder entrapment and a miscarriage as well. Both she and her office makes me feel like a woman, not a number - either by age or patient status...and we love the support of our decisions for our family: encouraging us to follow our hearts - a rare gem of an experience that we have not found elsewhere.

Awesome doctor dr Harris has been my doctor since 2004 and I cannot say enough good about her she is just truly awesome willing to answer any questions and always very friendly I would not recommend anyone else and I love the fact that she is now gone into private practice

I cannot say enough about her bed side manner. She's so personable and very open to listening and making my delivery exactly as I wanted it! I cannot speak more highly about her and the amazing nurses that work with her. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again, if needed!

Apparently the lady who answered the phone doesn't even know if the office accepts new patients of Medicaid. Wow. Really helpful. NOT.

I LOVE Dr. Harris. She was my OB for both of my pregnancies and couldn't have been happier having her there. First baby was an emergency c-section. She saved my babies life! Second baby tried coming 10 weeks early. I was put on bed rest for 4 weeks at the hospital. Dr. Harris checked on me everyday and did everything she could to make me more comfortable. She listened to any questions or problems I had. Great bed side manner. And I will never forget hearing her sweetly talking to our baby girl as she was being delivered. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their children!

Dr. Harris has been my obgyn for 4 years, and she is great. She has always gotten me in if I needed an appointment and has great bedside manner.
