Our experience was not pleasant, because after waiting 3 months for a face-to-face consultation, last week they confirmed that it is virtual. It is disrespectful, not only because of the time we have waited, but because the patient is a child. We left our telephone concerns, we hope that after having been pending the appointment, nobody called us to know, if they could another day, another month, in short, what bad attention.
