Dr. Alnasir Haiderali Adatia

New Receptionist is not very kind. Short tempered, talks down to everyone. I witnessed these actions several times with patients other than myself. I've been coming to Dr. Adatia for 20 years.

If this was a review on Dr.Adatia himself and his nursing staff it would be 5 stars but his office staff drags this whole experience down to a solid 1 star. After being billed incorrectly as none of the staff updated the insurance correctly on the account I had reached out to the billing department to get some assistance. I have never spoken with someone who could care less about their job nor the patients they are supposed to be helping. Theresa was the most unpleasant person I have ever spoken to and not only did she provide zero assistance her terrible attitude was the cherry on top to the entire conversation. She stated multiple times on the phone that it was “the end of her day and she didn’t have time to deal with stupid questions like mine” and when I asked who else could help me or if I could speak to someone about the terrible experience she provided she hung up on me. I then had another lack luster conversation with the receptionist. If you avoid these people all together while visiting this office then I’m sure you will have a terrific experience if you can’t be prepared for your great day to be ruined by individuals who could care less about the patience they are they to help. On hold for 12 minutes to make an appointment. Usual at in lobby is 90 to 120 minutes. Unfortunately this pattern has been going on for years. And only gotten worse. Dr is good. But not worth this.

Dr Adatia is a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manor and a great staff.

I normally dont leave reviews but I definitely believe Dr Adatia deserves it! He is a great knowledgeable doctor, I am happy to gave him a five stars.

I have been going to Doctor Adatia for over thirty years, even though I have moved about an hour away from his office. He has been knowledgeable and thorough on any ailment I have had. And he has always answered any questions I have had during check ups. I can't recall ever having a concern or questions that he didn't resolve or answer thoroughly. As some reviewers have pointed out, there can be a wait for your appointment. But when you are with him, he seems to have all the time in the world to help you with your concerns so I feel the wait is well worth it. My only concern is that he will retire one day and I will have to go see a stranger. I have been seeing Dr. Adatia for 2 years now. After my Dr. of many years retired, I tried 2 other doctors, both more concerned with getting more insurance money than my health. Dr. Adatia will spend as much time with me as I want to spend talking to him. Excellent care, speaks in plain English so easy for me to understand, not a lot of medical jargon. As he spends more time with each patient, sometimes the wait is longer than expected, but it's worth it. He devotes his total attention to each patient equally. Glad I found him.

Scheduled appointments and ALWAYS had to wait at least an hour before seeing the Dr. Practice is not on EHR and it makes accessing medical records basically impossible as staff is often incompetent.

We love Dr Adatia ..but I only notice or complain about is his staff, sometimes they sound plain like no desire to talk to you,low energy, and always in a hurry, mybe they need to be sound cheerful when answering calls it will help the people to feel better beside they work in health front desk so cheer up guys...

I’m here now. My appointment is at 11. I have not been pulled back. I didn’t receive a reminder call (I know they don’t have to do this which is fine) so I called to verify the time of my appointment. The lady definitely said 11. I get here a few minutes prior and at 11:43 I asked when will I be called and the front desk chick says “oooh he typically runs late but you should be next when a rooms available” no estimated duration, no sense of urgency, and no “a heads up, he’s running late” or when I checked in or called in earlier today they could have said “he runs late” with an estimated time. I understand doctors can run behind but they are 9 minutes shy of an hour behind. Edit: my review went from 1 star to 3 star due to my service with the provider. His MA wasn’t only a bit rude (she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t apologizing for butchering my name, or even mention anything about pulling me back an hour late) but did not do any hand hygiene, did not properly conduct blood pressure check, and had acrylic nails (she shouldn’t per DOH). Dr. Adaita is very thorough. He listens when I have an issue and orders what is needed, CT scan, labs, xray, etc. The only reason four stars were given, you have to wait, even with an appointment scheduled way in advanced. Also, he and staff are friendly.

If getting in at the exact time of your appointment is more important to you than having a good doctor, don't go. If having a great doctor who remembers you, and takes his time treating you is more important, you'll be happy you saw Dr. Adatia!

Dr Adatia is the most kind and caring physician I’ve ever seen. He is thorough and orders tests/makes referrals to get to the bottom of a problem. I highly recommend him!

good doctor but he has poor time management skills my first appointment was scheduled for 11:00 by 12:15 I left and re-scheduled. the office needs to realize the patients time has value also.

I can sincerely say "I love this man" & I sincerely consider him as one of my heroes! I've been seeing him since 1986 after he first opened his practice. He has taken wonderful care of me, my wife, & our grown children from birth for everything the last 34 years! Unlike ANY other Doctor I have ever met, his compassionate care & concern was the first thing that impressed me, & still does. There is a reason why his waiting room is full & the waits are generally long....because he is GOOD at what he does, & takes his time listening to his patients. I gladly travel one hour EACH way to his office to see him when needed because it's a privilege, I trust him, & he is smart! I have referred him many times & will continue to do so until he retires.

The BEST. Takes his time with you, listens well, and just overall outstanding. I've told him many times, he is not allowed to ever retire!

Amazing Doctor! Dr. Adatia has been my Dr. for 15 years and he is amazing. He has an eidetic memory and remembers issues and treatments from years ago that I have trouble remembering. He takes time listening to your concerns and will help you make informed decisions about your medical care.

Dr Adatia has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is the best...in every way. Like having a close friend as my doctor. Very fortunate to have bumped into him way back in 1987. And his beard turned gray about the same time as mine so that worked out good too ;-}

This guy is more then just a doctor . He was sended on earth by the God to heal mankind.

In 2013, Dr. Adatia's immediate diagnosis saved my life. But, even before that and since then, Dr. Adatia has provided our family and many of our friends with excellent, attentive care. Although he sometimes runs a little behind schedule, he's definitely worth the wait. He'll spend time with you that others don't or won't. It's like having a doctor in the family. I found Dr Adatia when i searched online for primary care doctors. I noticed he had very high ratings so I convinced my husband to try him out, stating we could always find another doctor if we didn't like him. I will now say that I will never see another doctor again in my life unless Dr Adatia retires, which I hope is no time soon. He is incredible. He cares about his patients, he pulls his chair up in front of you and looks you in the eye so you know it's about you and not the office charge. He spends as much time as he needs to get to the root of your problem. I have never had a doctor more caring that will talk to you about who he is. I would not recommend Dr. Adatia as your PCP If your intention is to build rapport and history with your PCP. He was my the PCP for my grandparents, parents, siblings, and basically everyone in my family. I have a young, growing family and have a lot going on in the way of medical bills, insurance, visits, check-ups, etc. I stay on-top of my bills but everyone makes mistakes. I was sent to collections over a $60 bill and he now refuses to see me. Clearly in it for the money, STAY AWAY,

Dr. Adatia is probably one of the most respected doctors in Washington State, both by his peers and by his patients. I believe he was elected as president of the State medical society to lead them for a term, although I'm not up to speed on the technical details of the association. Our family has been seen and treated by Dr. Adatia for many, many, years. He is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, up-to-speed on medical issues and approaches, and well-connected to other top doctors in the region

he refuses to see people that have been sent to collections. i have seen Dr. Adatia for 28 years but he refuses to see me again because i was sent to collections for $120 two years ago. he also saw my mom for 25 years. she went yearly most years but bi or tri-yearly some of those years. he failed to diagnosis her glioblastoma (brain cancer) and after she past away Dr. Adatia couldn't remember her name. he doesn't care about patients, only money.
