Dr. Allen L Teter

My husband was brought into Riverview Hospital after a bad car accident. When I arrived, I was told that my husband had had xrays and was checked out by this Dr Teter. He said he was okay to go home. Our grandson stayed to bring him home...they said he would be released when all the paper work was done. Our grandson called later and said that my husband had fallen trying to get dressed and that his ankle was badly broken and that he would be staying the night. In the morning I called to find out what time he would be released and they connected me to CRITICAL CARE where, unknown to me, he had been sent after our grandson left. . I was informed that aside from the ankle injury, he also had numerous broken ribs, spleen injuries and other problems. This man could not have xrayed or examined him without seeing all these extensive injuries. I informed the hospital who didn't seem so concerned about it. I don't know what this Teter's problem was that night, if he was tired or in a hurry or is just that incompetent. There was something very wrong with the way he treated my husband and I don't think he should be on the staff of this hospital or any other one.
