My insurance called this office today to set up an appointment, however they refuse to see me without a referral, unless I self pay of course. So now I'll walk around with a piece of metal in my iris until Dr. Jackson secures his payment. The receptionist was very rude I asked how long I could go before serious damage was done, she replied I dont know but we can do nothing without a referral. Everyone in this facilty is the best... They are all about the patient... They make sure you are ok and they value every minute of there patient individually.. I had the worst eye corneal rejection and high Glucoma pain and they were able to take care of it. I have been there patient for 6 yr + so this tells you everything... Dr. Jackson is one of the best Physicians I have ever had. I was diagnosed with acute glaucoma and became very stressed about the future of my eyesight. He assured me of the steps for progress and found the perfect combination of eye drops to reduce the pressure. It worked!
