Fantastic place Great staff

Staff was friendly and very nice. My adjustments lasted less than 5 minutes. I wasted $170.00 for x-rays. After 5 visits of less than 5 minutes and no discussion of any further treatments for my back, neck and Migraines. I just threw in the towel. Never went back. Would not recommend Dr Dabbs.

I was not able to get out of my car or stand up straight before walking into Dr. Dabbs office, about five mins later I was walking out standing up straight with a pain that went from a 10 to a 5.

Dr. Dabbs and staff were very friendly. They were so accommodating to get me in last minute. He is very knowledgeable and gave me quick relief. Would definitely recommend to anyone suffering from back and neck pain!

Great doctor. Highly recommend. Dr. Dabbs and his staff treat you like family. Very easy to get an appointment.

You cant and won't go wrong with Dr. Dabbs period! If your not feeling good then he isnt feeling good. His staff members are the best and the atmosphere is so comfortable and thats hiw you fet treated while your there!

I went to Dr Dabbs with a crick in my knee and had to be half carried out in great pain. He didn't xray my knee and began hitting it with a hammer like device which sent me through the roof in pain. This was in January 2018 and I am still dealing with a swollen knee and pain. My son was with me and saw it happen. When I got a copy of his billing from my insurance company, he billed for a manipulation of my spine and did not mention my knee. No I would not recommend him to anyone.

Have had shoulder pain for real years. Finally found Dr. Dabbs. First was an X-ray. Afterward, Dr. Dabbs will tell you if he can help you or not. Just that easy. I saw him regularly. After about 5 weeks, no more pain. Can't believe it. I go in about once a month when I feel pain coming on. One quick appointment, and I'm good to go. His staff are sweet, friendly, and very helpful.
