Simple: Don't waste your time.

This so called doctor is the worst! He opens and closes offices without notice. He has staff members who have no idea how to process insurance claims so plan on paying the full amount each visit. He never calls in a prescription when it's due. He is a very POOR doctor who should have his license revolved that's if he even has one. My advice. Go see someone else

I have been a patient of Dr. Morales for almost 5 years and would highly recommend him to ANYONE, not just friends. He is extremely personable and cares deeply for each of his patients and his staff. I admire his knowledge and experience with stroke patients. I met Dr. Morales due to a stroke. I credit him for getting me to the 5-yr mark. Each visit, he would get you in within 15 min. of your appointment & listen to my complaints and make recommendations. What more could you want? Nothing!

Doesn't care and it takes his office a minimum of 5 messages to return your call. You get a VM every time you call and don't even think of going to him as a MMJ doctor he doesn't keep up with the regulations. I would give less than a star if it was an option.

Not very professional to be on call at the hospital and just not show up when you're called.Waited five hours to speak with you about someone who's life is on the line.Pretty important to me sorry not as important to you.

Dr. Morales is a cold hearted person. He should not be working in the medical field. He was extremely rude to me and my sister and said horrible thing to us in front of my dying mother. He needs to be re schooled in the subject of treating a patient after a major stroke. If you love your family stay away from him.
