A thorough interviewer, generous with her time, she focuses first in an accurate diagnosis and only then proceeds, if needed, to medication recommendations, which are informed by her extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology aand sometimes also by genetic testing. Her approach to mental health is holistic, integrating physical and mental care. Dr Turok is a caring, reliable practitioner who minds her bedside manners and relates well with her clients. I have referred some of my clients to her in the past, who expressed satisfaction and gratitude for her services. I have seen plenty of psychiatrists and therapists but nobody compares to the experience I have had in Alisa's office. Her approach to mental health care taught me something new about myself and led me to new realizations every time I left her office. I cannot express enough how incredible she is.
