Dr. Alireza Sadeghi

I met Dr. Sadeghi yesterday, for a consultation. I felt very relaxed with him. He discussed my case, in terms that I thoroughly understood, along with photos of the area that he was going to correct. I read the other reviews and they are absolutely right. He is a very kind person. As a patient, with parts of me that are not perfect, I felt maybe I would feel uncomfortable talking about this with a male physician. I was totally wrong. He has a calm, confident, compassionate manner. Not only do I feel comfortable talking to him, but also in his knowledge and technical abilities as a surgeon. Dr, Sadeghi and his office staff have been wonderful to deal with. Another doctor did my reconstruction and Dr. Sadeghi saw me on an emergency basis when I had to have my implant removed because it was damaged by radiation.

Very professional, compassionate & knowledgeable. I've had two breast reconstruction surgeries with him. He repaired the deformities my previous surgeon made. I feel like a woman again! So blessed to be his patient.

Dr. Sadeghi saved my life, not once, but twice. A prominent FLA surgeon put a plate into my chest wall after my double mastectomy to prepare for implants. In NOLA for a visit, Dr. Sadeghi immediately saw I was days away from sepsis. Had he not insisted with the hospital and insurance company that I have surgery immediately, I wouldn't be alive today. After my final reconstructive surgery, he insisted I be given a shot to decrease chances of blood clots, saving me when one was controlled.

I came to Dr. Sadeghi as a reference and am glad I did. As soon as I met him and his nurse I felt much calmer about my situation. He took great care of me and calmed every concern I had. As I just finished my journey of bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction I am the happiest I have been since my cancer diagnosis in 2001. I am now comfortable with my body. I cannot imagine having this journey with any other doctor.

In 2014, I needed to make a decision about who I should use for my bilateral breast reconstruction. I wanted the best, so asked a fifth year plastic surgical resident for a recommendation. The response came without hesitation - Dr. Ali Sadeghi. It was the best advice that anyone could have given me! He and his team are truly incredible! Dr. Sadeghi is proffesional, compassionate and an expert in his field. My experience and results have me filled with gratitude for Ali Sadeghi!

My experience was not a good one. I came to him with a difficult request and he was too quick to allay all my fears. He did not return my phone calls, but instead deferred to his nurse. He arrived about an hour late to the surgery center, with another patient scheduled after me. I had post surgery complications and did not get the results I had hoped for.
