Upon meeting me and becoming familiar with my diagnosis, Dr. Chung's assessment was spot on. She is a skilled surgeon and the outcome of my surgery and incision is as she stated. I could not be more satisfied with how my breast looked after surgery. It is as she said just a scar, no deformity, and the symmetry of both breasts are the same. Her bedside manner is lovely and endearing you have a sense that you are in this together. I could not have picked a better surgeon: no vague hope but an accurate statement of the outcome.

My entire experience with Dr. Chung was informative, kind and efficient. I felt like I was in the best of hands from beginning to end.

Dr. Chung did such a fantastic job on my lumpectomy. Within a few months it was all healed, and the scar was barely visible. She was a compassionate presence throughout the process. On my first visit, before I knew how serious my cancer was, Dr. Chung started with "You can expect to meet your grandchildren." I really appreciated that. Scheduling can be tough, especially after the surgery, and sometimes she ran late during my appointments. But those are minor inconveniences and greatly outweighed by the positives. I *highly* recommend this doctor.

She was brutal to my body. She is a snake who wanted to completely stripe my body. Stay away

She looks right through you. I felt as if I were treated more like an object than a person. I am traumatized after my experience with this physician. I was not pleased with my surgical results.

Dr. Chung was extremely attentive to my questions and gave me a sense of calm about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and loved receiving the check-in comments daily!

After my diagnosis I was feeling on shaky ground to say the least. A healthcare professional asked who I'd been referred to, asked around about Dr. Chung, and got such glowing, enthusiastic feedback from medical people that I began to feel more brave. AND THEN I MET HER...and her entire staff! And I FEEL SOOOOO LUCKY. Beyond her knowledge, the options (and REASONS) she clearly laid out, her ability to discern what was important to ME personally within all of that, and to patiently, clearly, KINDLY lay out my options and the outcomes...SHE IS KIND, AND FUNNY (when needed!) and WELCOMING. I live on the word "Why?" And no question was too much, no phone inquiry was too much...and that goes for her entire staff. She is THE PERFECT PERSON IN THE PERFECT SPACE AND TIME to walk a woman (or man?) through the process. And, oh....before and after the actual procedure she was right there with a manner and empathy that made me (and my husband, afterwards) feel optimistic and secure. THANK YOU!

Dr. Chung is incredible. Very professional and stayed true to her word. We had discussed the placement of the two incisions prior to my surgery, and during surgery an opportunity came up to make a third incision and she didn't do it because of the fact that we agreed on only two beforehand. I was really impressed and happy about that. We had discussed that there could always be a second surgery if needed, but those were the terms of the first surgery. I would definitely see Dr. Chung again!

Dr. Chung was recommended to me by a family friend to get a second opinion on a breast lump I had. After meeting her, I was so impressed with Dr. Chung I elected to have her do my procedure. She is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and most of all extremely kind with a wonderful bedside manner. A Very attentive caring doctor. She personally Communicates well, very timely manner, through follow-through in MyHealth email, and listens well. These are tedious requests, change of referral requests to insurance, working "with me" for insurance submission requests of durable medical equipment procedures. That was a lot of details to have a proper successful, submission. Dr. Chung as a PCM was truely kind and patient to my pressing needs. I've a lot of Stanford Specialists she had to manage.
