Find another practice. Office staff NEVER answer the line nor return calls and forget talking to the Doctor except at 90day followups. I couldn’t get prescriptions called-in timely. Had to reach patient advocate to get a call back after four days of begging them to call in my pain meds. Then Summer - office assistant - calls on day 5 at 6:56am....really!? That was petty retaliation for reaching out to the patient advocate .....unprofessional!!! I’m done Find another practice. I had an epidural pain injection yesterday with Dr. Kahlil, who is great! I also wanted to mention the ladies that works there. the intake nurse in pre op was very nice. There was also a nurse or maybe she was a tech, Myra? she had dark hair w braids. she let me know she would be in there with me and about the procedure. She was excellent, wonderful bedside manner! Dr Kahlili is caring, kind and knowledgeable. He greets my special needs son and treats him as a typical child. His outside the box thinking on dealing with a complex care child has made my son's life (and mine) better.
