Really appreciate Dr. Marti and his office staff for the way they go out of their way to help you feel informed, comfortable and safe and that you are in the best, capable hands in decision making and expert care.

The staff is very professional and have a wonderful attitude every time I am in the office. Everyone one from the Receptionist to the appt maker goes above and beyond.

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Marti and his staff. I never have to wait very long to be seen. The care provided is excellent. Thanks for everything.

He listens to what you have to say unlike some drs who can’t seem to wait to get out of the room. He understands what we are going through and listens to our needs. I have been seeing Dr. Marti for just over a year now for pain management for my right hand where I broke all the bones in my wrist. Dr Marti has done wonderfully on keeping my pain levels down to what is manageable. Thank you Dr Marti! Keep up the good work

Great doctor, and staff. I just move from Florida and was scare to find the best doctor for my pain Managment, since I found R. Marti, last week he did the replacement of the neurostimulator battery and he was so professional, he explain everything to me, he always showed me that he wanted the best for me. And the best part of this is that I been years and years with this HORRIBLE pain, and since the surgery I’m feeling 90% better???????????????????????????????????????? THANK YOU DOCTOR MARTI. Great pain management doctor. Listens well. Easy to talk to about my pain.

I dont mind taking a Drug Test .I got nothing to hide. Dr.Marti and his staff are Great .

Been with them for over 5 year's, and love them like family.. They are kind, attentive, and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an appointment for injections and was referred by Dr Ratusnic with my MRI. His nurses demanded an oral swab for a drug test before I could meet with him. That is an absurd demand and I refused. My GP also agreed with me on this unusual practice. I left the appointment and it was reported as a no show!!

Nevertheless he had not met me after waiting an hour the clinic insisted on drug testing me. I DONT WANT OPIOIDS.I went for insurance to qualify for surgery even though 2 surgeons have told me steroids help.. No! I stand firm. This practice of drug testing patients is wrong. If you dont trust me how can I ever trust you. Looking for a new doctor who has compassion and understanding. Never met him was asked to leave. Don't use North American Spine!!!! This place plain sucks. They have a telemarketing team to harass you, call you over and over. Then once you say ok I guess I'm ready, You give them your Insurance they call and say, You Qualify. I went in and left with even worst pain than I had before going. I limped into their Fort Worth office and all they said is it takes 3 months and we like to see you halfway healed. then I go back and its up to 6-12 months. B/S! I went and had another MRI and it showed the same L-4 L-5 disc problems. Not only that I now have Numbness down my left leg to my toes, BAD PAIN. To sum it up. I'm went and had another place that the doctors are REAL surgeons! They Repaired the L-4 L-5 disc but I'm still in pain from North American Spine and loosing money not being able to work. I would never suggest anyone going here. I plan on looking into a LAWSUIT. Don't use North American Spine!!!! This place plain sucks. I have known Dr. Marti in a professional capacity a lot longer than I have as a patient. Both he and his staff are truly fantastic! I truly appreciate the fact that Dr. Marti is more conservative than most Pain Management doctors I've met. Instead of just giving me a prescription and sending me on my way he actually does his research to get to the root of the problem and then assists in fixing the problem not just masking it with medication. I have never once felt that he has anything but my best interest in mind. Now if you are just looking for a "Pill Mill" and don't actually want to get better than Dr. Marti is not for you. If you actually want to get better and be confident in who is treating you then this is the place for you! Dr. Marti and his incredible staff have truly changed my mind about Pain Management. Dr. Marti and his staff are friendly courteous and informative. The staff greeted me with smiles and took time to talk to me as if I had known them forever. I was referred to him by my ortho Dr. Bollinger. He addressed my needs and had no issues continuing my treatment for pain until I could have my knee replacement. I was very surprised to find out they offer genetic testing used to find out how well types of medications work for me and my risks for addiction. He was very direct and explained his expectations of me as a patient. He was very professional in respecting my relationship with my Ortho Dr. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatments or promise me unrealistic expectations. Dr. Marti Did not seem to be the classic "Infomercial Salesman Doctor" type Doctor. He did not treat me as though I was anything more patient that needs pain management. Everything else is what you would expect for a Pain Managment clinic. Given me a U/A for illicit drugs. Also, very thorough when obtaining all my records from previous doctors, treatments, surgeries, pain med prescriptions and other medication history from past doctors and insurance medical records. Was a fresh breath of air and relief. Only con I could mention is the first impression when entering the waiting room. Sliding glass was closed and unable to see through. Giving the feel of "Hey don't bother me" or "We want distance from our patients". But as soon as it opens and your greeted that all changes. I'm sure it was to protect the privacy of his patients. Dr. Marti and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They work with me on scheduling and are great even when I am late for my appointment. Dr. Marti has made my life worth living again. For so long I could not enjoy the little things in life due to my chronic pain. He and his staff have helped my pain tremendously and I am not drugged. They worked with me to find medication that allows me to be pain free and live my life fully.

I've been visiting Dr marti for 3 months and my insurance changed so he can't cover me anymore. I called his office to pay cash for a visit to get a refill on my meds and they said 125 for office visit . When I arrive they say I'll have to pay another 100 for a drug test . And I've already been through this before .Then I'm lied to by some big oaf saying it's the law and it's not that every time you have to be tested . These people wasted my day and money and now I can't get medication .
