My appointment was for 9:10 am and didn't see the doctor until 2 hours later. I was in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes and after the nurse came and got me to go to the exam room I was in there for over an hour and when the doctor came in he spent all of 5 to 10 minutes with me. I know the doctors are busy but this was very frustrating to me I had another appointment and got to that appointment just in time.

Great doc for shoulders and hands, I have and will recommend him. Great Office staff. Only thing is the wait time, but I know he is spending the time with his patients.

From Bay Street to the surgical suites all were kind and professional and my dr. was great.answered my questions explained what was going to happen and it happened.

While it’s still very early in the recovery stage of the surgery I feel comfortable and confident that I will soon return with normal use of my hand.

Dr. Wroblewski and his staff are great!

Dr Wroblewski is a great doctor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gives his complete attention and throughly evaluates the situation before giving his recommendations for treatment. His office is efficient and well run with courteous staff. I appreciate having him in Petoskey!

was very disappointed in the dr. he doesnt do elbows and wanted to send me to mayo clinic, is he going to pay my way there? Dealing with Dr. Wroblewski one on one is a positive experience but dealing with everything else that surrounds him, i.e. staff, facility, response time, portal updates, contact replies, email responses and replies are severely poor. Customer service is very bad, they always state we will respond to your inquiry the next business day, that is a lie and totally false. As a Doctor I have no problem recommending him but as a business, customer service, and facility aspect...absolutely not. Bay Street Orthopaedics has some serious customer service issues that need to be addressed, sadly no one of importance will view this or even look at this and the same poor customer service practices will continue. I absolutely love Wroblewski. He did an excellent job on my carpel tunnel surgeries years ago. And most recently in a consult he was so kind and knowledgeable. I really trust him.

You ruined my wife’s life and my childrens childhood. Michigan lawyers won’t sue. You put in the wrong size implants and wouldn’t let me be in there for surgery. This was before covid. Multiple wrong procedures and therapy for years. Just for a tib bone. An elbow. How many people can get surgery for that none go wrong. He lie to me and us many times about things have run arounds had his wife illegally give private therapy at another moment in time. He has erased a lot of proof. It will never be over I promise that. He is more then rich with a family and many new urgent cares and mechanical arms. Like not right. My family has to suffer. We are 28 with two children came to northern Michigan for a brighter future. Dr.Wroblewski was gentle and caring. He explained in depth what my injury was and what the treatment options were. After that he promptly treated my Trigger finger i was on my way. During my exam I couldn't make a fist and now not even 24 hrs later I can squeeze a tight fist and I did some light guitar playing for the first time in months this morning a super awesome knowledgeable person and his staff was awesome too. Great place to go when you need care!

Wonderful!, I arrived a little early and the staff was able to get me in and out quicky, also found out the Dr. Partakes in the highest of Holy days which makes him one of high esteem.

Everyone was very friendly and anxious to answer any questions I had. They explained each step that was being done. Dr. Wroblewski was the second person I met and he thoroughly explained how my hand would feel after surgery. I had the surgery this a.m. and my hand is feeling as he said. Although I cannot see the surgical area because it is wrapped, I have peace of mind that all is well. Thank you for fixing my hand.

I could not be more pleased. I feel confident of excellent care here. Everyone is very friendly and very professional.

Not terribly pleased, I don't feel the doctor listened to me at all. I was sent to have a splint made, and it is ill fitting and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

He was great with my son and explained everything really good

Arrived 15 mins early, waited for 45 minutes after my check in, problem eval, and X-rays taken. Total time was 1.75 hrs walking in, then to leaving. Dr spent about 6 minutes with me. Was fast, but thorough, answered my questions and explained options and gave me info about procedures to take home. Process of checking in to leaving with making an apt for next visit at other windows and checking out seems to be like an assembly line for different parts of your apt. so it is efficient, just a lot of patients in the waiting room and in lines.

Dr. did excellent work. Evaluated my previous procedure and took care of my current concern. I also enjoyed watching his helper try to keep up with the appointment. Dr. was so efficient that the helper was almost sweating by the end of my appointment.

I need shoulder surgery to relieve pain and improve function of L arm. I have Parkinson's. Exercise is very important to maintain function. I cannot exercise my L arm. I need a MRI before surgery can be scheduled but your office is too busy to make this happen in what I feel would be an appropriate time frame.

Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. Doctor Wrobles ki was fine if abrupt, and very knowledgeable but the wait was intolerable.

I never had a nerve block b4 n not a big fan but everything else was great.
