He’s a very knowledgeable doctor , lots of experience n patients

I was referred by my VA Provider to Dr. Liu for ear wax removal. Dr. Liu was very friendly, very professional and had excellent provider to patient manners. He was very informative and kept me relaxed during the short-timed procedure. I highly recommend him.

Horrible experience! The kindest descriptors are sarcastic, condescending, arrogant, cold, and completely disinterested in building a doctor-patient relationship. He never administered any tests, just told me to live with my condition or waste my money to see another doctor. I did go to another ENT who ran tests, diagnosed me, gave me meds & recommended eye exercises to improve my condition. Don’t waste your time or money to see this doctor.

After seeing other doctors who did not know or understand how to treat my ear condition, Dr. Liu knew what to do at first glance. He has done far more than any other Doctor I saw, and continues to follow up and has done an incredible job. I am so thankful he has treated me. Highly recommend. Highest ranked by his peer doctors, that says a lot.
