One of the best doctors I've had in my 50 years of life! Yes, there is an issue with being seen and scheduling, but this occurs, with a great doctor. Dr Boyd is a very kind, gentle hearted and caring physician! He also, does not rush you out of the room, when he's seeing you. He takes his time and is very knowledgeable.

The service desk attention is horrible. Yes, I was late for my appointment for once, every time I see Dr. Boyd I wait at least 1 hour for 5 minutes with him. This time they couldn't take me because I was late 20 minutes... is enough! I will look for another family doctor! I will give zero star but it was not an option. Friendly staff. Thorough physical.

The front desk clerks are super nice and very helpful. They have always given me plenty of helpful information. Dr. Boyd is my family's doctor. He has always been like a family friend who happens to be our doctor. He's very thorough at each visit in person and virtual. He is never in any hurry and always wants us to have questions for him. He has always given us the best information for whatever our needs were. I am glad we can depend on him. My family is very happy and look forward to many years with him. Thank you Dr. Boyd! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Boyd for several years. I consider him an excellent doctor but now he’s leaving me out in the cold when I really needed him. I have COPD and he diagnosed me with the flu six weeks ago. He scheduled me for a follow up appointment two days later. On the day of my appointment his office called and canceled the appointment because I had had a fever. He did not check me for CoVid 19. Last week I again became ill with fever, terrible muscle aches, head pain when I coughed and more trouble breathing than usual. When I called his office to make a telephone video appointment I was told that they would not see me. I was told to go online with Memorial Hermann to set up. A video appointment with them. When I did, I was asked a series of questions and was then told that they wouldn’t see me even on a videoconference because of my COPD. So pretty much had to hope for the best and fend for myself. I’m looking now for a new doctor. This does not work for me.

I have been using Dr. Boyd for several years. I had to go onto an HMO for a year and he wasn't on my plan. It was hell. I am paying extra to get to go back to Dr. Boyd. He always listens. I never feel rushed. He always looks out for me. I had a weird deal going on where my heart was just racing. The communication between the big hospital and the pharm was just not working and my meds didn't go through right. It was a holiday. I called the answering service. Dr. Boyd called me and got it straightend out even though it was a holiday. He is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend him. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Kind and a listener

Minimal wait time and all my concerns addressed. Doctor and staff very pleasant.

De. Boyd is extremely caring and listens to the patient. He is ver knowledgeable and does not has the ego that makes other doctors inaproacheable. His staff is extremely helpful and they always return phone calls and help the patient. I find de Boyd a rare find in a profession that most of the time cares more about a million other things and not the welfare of the patient.

My blood pressure is skyrocketing 149/98 And i need to see dr boyd.i call them to set an appointment and scheduled me 3pm today 5/15/2018. I’m not feeling well and hoping to talk to my doctor right away BUT!,,, 12:38 the doctors office lady called me and canceled my appointment and change it to next week..i get so upset and asked her why?? The lady said its personal reason!!! OMG!! You can count this doctors office if u need medical attention right away that no need to call 911..you can’t trust these people when u need them to help you!!! Lady that does his scheduling is extremely rude, condescending, and sarcastic. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Because of my experience with her I am looking for another Dr. I've been seeing Dr. Boyd for probably the past five years and have no issues with him at all. It's too bad his front end lady is this way. He should probably hire people that like their jobs and know how to talk to customers. Boyd is a caring, careful, and intelligent doctor with excellent bedside manners. He definitely takes the time to listen.

Dr. Boyd is very attentive and treats patients on a very personal level. He is very careful and accurate in his diagnosis process and discusses options in a clear way. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd as a general family doctor without any reservation.

I have seen this Dr. for several years and have been fairly pleased with the service. I have noticed that over about the last year his staff has declined. He changed his nurse and scheduling staff. I have been trying to get in contact with his office for the last 3 weeks and have not one time come in contact with a person. I have left several messages and called nearly 30 times. I have yet to receive a call back or anything for that matter. I seriously suggest that anyone looking for a new physician look else ware. It is almost as if he has handed over the control of his practice to a staff that could care less and are too lazy to return a call.
