Dr. Rodriguez is awesome. She is compassionate and thorough. Most importantly, she is patient. We appreciate the level of quality care that she provides to our son and how she thoroughly exams and explains things to us. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr Rodriguez was so kind & made both my baby & I feel comfortable and calm. We would recommend her to anyone who needs a ped GI.

We brought our 5 month old in desperate for answers and to help him with reflux and digestive issues. Dr. Rodriguez was warm, welcoming, kind, and inquisitive. She took the time to ask important questions and get to know my son before coming up with a solution. We loved her!

Dr Rodriguez is the worse they don't get back to you i understand were dealing with covid 19 but how can you diagnose someone trew the phone or video call very unprofessional

Dr. Rodriguez was polite and personable. The visit was a bit short, that is my only complaint.

Such a wonderful pleasant doctor she was amazing and is very good with children .

Dr. Rodriguez was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great listener. The virtual visit was easy and convenient.

First time with Dr. Rodriguez. She's awesome and down to earth. The office was super clean the staff was on it. I went in and out my appointment in less then 30 minutes for the 1st time visit. Thank you doctor Rodriguez and staff !

I am very upset about the fact that I had an appointment and they had me waiting in the room for over an hour with my 1 years old and the doctor was not even in the building. I had to get out and ask how much longer if not they would of had me waiting there longer. Then they finally send me a student who was in the room for at least 5 minutes and told me the doctor was going to come in in a few more minutes. I just left!!!!!! I was not impressed at all by this doctor. Very few questions, we were given tests to take at other locations/labs, and after almost 2 months, no follow up nor were any results or records sent to our pediatrician. Nothing found to be ‘wrong’, yet her condition still exists. Moms and Dads, we can do better for our kids.

If I could give less than one star I would! My pediatrician sent my 3 yr old son to Dr. Rodriguez for excessive vomiting. Dr. Rodriguez herself was great with my son. She asked me to get blood work, X-Rays & and Upper GI done, which we had completed within 3 days. I have been calling the office multiple times requesting the results, same response the Dr. will call you back. I have made over 15 phone calls with no results. I even asked my pediatrician to make a phone call, still no results. Fast forward to today, I have now gone to Rush Children's Hospital and they are requesting the results. I called my pediatrician, they make a call and got the Upper GI and X-Rays but MISSED the blood work, they also told my pediatrician that I NEVER MADE THE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT! I have now started to attempt once again to get these results. Lack of compassion, organization and communication at its best! If you are looking for results STAY AWAY from this practice!
