My son has been seeing her for a couple of years. She answers all my questions and Makes sure I understand.

Horrible! She did not tf ake anything in consideration of my sons EKG she just said that he was fine and we would be disregarding his emergency room visit because the e.r. ekg that showed abnormalities was "not real" ????? Okay then well she also stated that his heart jerking in his words (my 10 yr old son) that it was just a fluke and she would be disregarding that as well. She wouldnt answer my questions and was very caddy with the questions she did attempt to answer like the fact that my son is on adderall and would that effect an ekg. This was a waste of time she is a joke and my mind is still not at ease. I will be following up with a REAL PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGIST. Hopefully nothing goes terribly wrong with my son and his heart in the meantime. She should be ashamed to call herself any type of pediatrician she never spoke to my son once. Didnt ask him how he felt didnt try to make me feel comfortable either. Terrible dr by far the worstbive ever come in contact with.

Dr. Santos was cordial during our appointments, but often seemed in a hurry. I had several times I needed to follow up from her. I left messages with her nurses and was told my emails were forwarded to her. Never received a response from her. One occasion my child was hospitalized and the hospital doctor tried to reach Dr. Santos by phone and email with no response. This is why I'm seeking care from someone else.
