Amazing! ????????????????????????The office staff is, yes, amazing. Courteous, helpful and so nice. Great experience. Dr. G, took her time to accommodate my elderly mother. She was so gracious. Mind you, there was a big hump to get over because of two prior "I'm sorry" dentist over the past 10 days. Third time was, indeed, a charm. I am now a huge fan-girl! This Dr is a fraud. I have went to dentist every 6 mos & never any problems. She tried to tell me I needed 4 fillings & a crown. I got second opinion. & nothing at all wrong with my teeth! Also know another person she did exact same to.

She does good work but she is extremely dishonest!!! She told me I had 8 cavities and I trust her and let her "fix" the ones that were old fillings however she also told me I had a cavity in my front teeth which I couldn't see so I ask a friend that has her practice to far for me to go with her, but I sent her my X-rays to get a second opinion, she told me I had no cavities to begin with. Yesterday I went with a new dentist and they told me with new X-ray that I had no cavities at all. She got more than $1000 plus insurance pays for work that I didn't need. BE AWARE! She does good work but she is extremely dishonest!!! Dr. Garcia is a total fraud. I am surprised she still has her license. She caused me immense pain during the treatments that I tolerated and afterwards put a broken crown. Since she was causing pain I called my insurance company for a refund but she promised them that she will replace the crown anytime within 5 years. When I called after 4 years (as I didn't wanna go) she said oh its been too long. No refund. No crown. So basically I wasted thousands of dollars and am with a broken crown. She lied to the insurance company. Don't be fooled by the Galleria area and the nice clinic. She operates on really low ethical standards. Dr. Garcia is a total fraud. Dr. Garcia is highly skilled, has attention to detail and spends time to get things looking cosmetically perfect. After a diving accident at the age of 9, I have seen multiple dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons. She is by far the best dentist I've had. I am very grateful to have found her.

I get physically sick as I walk into any medical building, and sometimes get physically sick during appointments ! After my first appointment here I knew it was gonna be easy to get used to. The staff is amazing. Dr. Garcia is a great dentist and also has the great ability to communicate every aspect to us patients and his staff as well.
