Dr. Vasilakis operated on my husband in 2012. The surgery was such a success that my husband is enjoying good health today. Dr. Vasilakis provided excellent communication before and after surgery. What a great surgeon and a man of great faith!

This January I almost lost the love of my life.. he had random heart attacks that landed him in the hospital and in the OR for emergency open heat surgery with Dr. Vasilakis. This man saved Anthony's life! We owe so much to him that it almost seems pathetic to just leave a good review. He was professional and calm even when giving me the news that this could end fatally. After the surgery he was calm and reassuring very sweet and kind to our entire family. At the time of all of this my grandfather was also in the ICU living the last days of his life....and even though Dr. Vasilakis is extremely busy and had other patients to worry about he was kind and caring enough to give my family his condolences. Today was the post op appointment. Tears were shed, hope was given, and he even made a few jokes to keep us smiling. This man is far more than a doctor, he's a miracle worker- -and to me, he is an angel. I would recommend any and everyone to him. Also, every!! single person who heard this was our surgeon told us what great hands Anthony was in, and that he is the best. I can promise you, he is!! Dr. VAsalakis is a superb doctor who is an exceptional surgeon and has an excellent bedside manner. He performed cardiac valve replacement surgery on my 86 year old father and he had remarkable recovery. The journey was a long one but he was there with us throughout the journey. To have such a wonderful cardiac surgeon in Beaver County is an incredible asset to the community. We would highly recommend Dr. Vasalakis to anyone considering complex heart surgery.
