Dr. Pappas and his staff are very professional and extremely caring. He always enters the examination room with a smile and sincerely cares about what I am experiencing. I have never had an unpleasant experience since being under his care and would recommend him to anyone.

Saw Dr. Pappas after three foot surgeries in Charleston and continued pain and problems with no resolution. Just did surgery with Dr. Pappas and for the first time in three years my foot actually looks normal after surgery (no twisted toes or bones sticking out of the side of my foot). So far I have been very pleased with him from his bedside manner to surgical skills. It's rare that you find a doctor who has both of these. Looking forward to being active and out of pain, thankful he's in my area and would definitely use him again if a need arises!

Dr. Pappas is a very though doctor who will help your health problem in any way possible. Personally i know from experience.

I was seen on time with no wait in the office...i had my splint removed, x-rayed my ankle, sutures removed, consultation with Dr Pappas, and a hard cast applied on my ankle. all this and out the door in 45 minutes. Outstanding and thank you.

Dr. Pappas is a miracle worker. Through his skill,, he has taken me from a limited ability to walk because of intense pain to wearing regular shoes and taking a short walk. And I keep getting better. Thank you for giving me quality of life back.

I've never been disappointed in the results I've gotten from treatments with Dr. Pappas. I was a little leary about injections in the top of my feet, but boy does he know what he's doing! Everyone in the staff has been so great to us. At a time when I was in pain and apprehensive, they were efficient, understanding, and supportive. Dr Pappas explained the procedure thoroughly and answered my questions. So glad a friend sent me to OrthoSC.

Doc is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Staff is the same. I highly recommend this practice and DR Pappas in particular.

Excellent care, I'm in no pain and just feel so thankful to him and his wonderful staff. After surgery everyone was very helpful and return calls and answered questions I had. Excellent service. I have been a patient of Dr Pappas for about 5 years. He always takes time to answer your questions. He recently performed ankle replacement surgery on my right ankle. His entire team is very caring and professional. The surgery went well. There are no surprises or difficulties. I highly recommend Dr Pappas as your ortho Doctor.

Dr. Pappas and his staff are the best. They are extremely competent, professional and caring.

Very little wait time, Dr Pappas is very informative about to issues and treatment. Explains the problem in ways easy to understand.

I went into this with a healthy degree of skepticism, but I am very pleased. If you need foot surgery, just do it, but get it done here. Your feet will not get better, if you put it off, only worse. The pain was minimal; they give you pills to alleviate it, and it doesn’t last that long. My foot looks so much better, and it now fits into a closed shoe! Overall exceptional service from the girls in the appointment call center, to the receptionist, to Dr Pappas' staff. Outstanding!! These girls went out of their way to make sure I was given a cancelation appointment after I had to cancel my original appointment due to severe back issues. I do not ever recall any doctor's, or dentist's office going out of their to help me. Without their kindness I would have had to wait from my Aug appointment until OCTOBER. I needed steroid shots in both ankles and thanks to Dr Pappas and his staff my pain back to being manageable. Thank you Dr Pappas! I chose an injection and I can’t say enough about how much better my foot feels. He definitely displayed respect, competence and professionalism; he exhibited excellent “bedside manners” and thoroughness in his clinical examination in order to arrive at good diagnoses; and, has a natural ability to “listen” and provide explanations and procedural plans. Wait time was acceptable. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered in easy to understand terms. Did not feel rushed. Everyone one was pleasant and professional.

I had an incident where i needed surgery asap. Upon finding this out, Dr. Pappas, knowing he was going to be on vacation soon, immediately scheduled the appointment the NEXT DAY. Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to fix me!

Dr Pappas was very detailed and a pleasant man to talk too. Dr Pappas is a great Dr he saved my foot from amputation and I'm glad he was my Dr. I can't say enough about his skill and dedication. I will always be glad he was my friend and doctor.

Dr. Pappas repaired my broken ankle in 2012 and has been treating my pain management ever since. He and his nurse Belinda have consistently provided exceptional service over the past eight years and I can’t imagine trusting any other physician with my orthopedic needs. Thank you Dr. Pappas!

This is such a well run practice. The doctors are incredible and their staff very knowledgeable and efficient. I was scheduled to have surgery on a bunion the week prior to the surgery date I fractured my ankle. They handled everything efficiently and I was able to have the surgery still scheduled on that same foot. Phone calls are always returned promptly the same day.
