This doctor and his staff are delightful! Dr. Milne is so quick and efficient that I couldn't believe it was over.

I had a root canal done by Dr Milne. Couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. Dr Milne is the very best with this procedure. Very thorough, gentle, and efficient. The office is spotlessly clean. Dr Milne’s assistant was calm and professional. Overall this was a very good experience.

I had to have a root canal but needed to change the schedule due to other circumstances. Dr Milne’s office was understanding and accommodating. Dr Milne’s is an excellent dentist, and I have confidence in his care. The root canal was taken care of professionally and throughly. His assistant is also excellent. I appreciate that they work very quietly and efficiently. His office staff is helpful and courteous. I returned to Dr. Milne because my previous experience was also good. I highly recommend Dr.Milne. I fail to understand how a Dentist will not accept insurance and wants the total fee up front. To me, when you have insurance, it should be accepted. Apparently, he over charges and thinks his work is better then anyone else's and he shouldn't have to accept a lower fee that the insurance bases on reasonable and customary. I have looked else where and will go elsewhere to someone who actually accepts insurance and cares about the patient. Great experience, first time getting root canal and they helped ease my through the process

I've been to Dr. Milne twice now and he is fantastic. He's fast, friendly, and does great, painless work. Highly recommended!

Dr. Milne and his staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are very friendly and make the patient feel comfortable. No one looks forward to a root canal treatment, but if you need one, I recommend Dr. Milne. I received a call the next day to check up on me. Very caring...the office is very clean and orderly. ????????

Impressive. On time, pleasant with a very accommodating staff, both in person and on the phone. Procedure explained well. Most impressive was how Dr. Milne took the conservative route recommending that root canal, at least at this point, wasn't needed.

This is a long story but I will try and keep it short. Side note: We have Aetna insurance. Tooth: 1st upper right molar (LR First Molar) I had a cavity back in 2015. Got the cavity done by 1st Advantage Clifton Park. Started feeling sensitive to hot and cold immediately after the filling. Went back. Dentist did "something", I'm not sure what that was, maybe he took the filling out and tried again. Still sensitive to hot and cold after this. Figured I'd live with it. At that point I decided I didn't like dentists because he didn't fix me or give me advice. I went a year before trying a new dentist. Found Dr. Ruckert in Clifton Park. He is awesome. On first appointment he says, "You need a root canal" :( He refers me to Root Canal Experts (out of plan). Root Canal Experts want to charge me $1500 out of pocket after insurance. No way. I deal with the pain. We finally, and I mean FINALLY after searching in my area, find an Endodontist in Kingston, NY (we live in Waterford, NY) who accepts my insurance. They call insurance for me and give me a price, $316. Next they say "hey we have a cancellation, can you make it here by 8am tomorrow?". I say "Heck yeah I can". I drive out there. Staff is super-friendly. Fill out the paperwork, couple x-rays, doc looks at them, comes in to see me, nice to meet you, fixes my tooth, no pain (other then the normal needle pinch to numb my mouth), and I'm out of there. I think I was there 20 minutes in that chair. Pleasant. Great bedside manner. Professional. Clean. He gave me a script for the infection and some pain meds. Here I sit, 3 hours later at work. What an experience... the whole office was wonderful everyone was so nice. They had to reschedule an appointment for an hour earlier then originally planned and they sent me home with a Duncan Donuts girt certificate. Who does that? Dr. Milne has hands of gold and a heart of gold. Him and his entire team treated me with respect and care, no judgement. I needed surgery not only was he careful to recommend the right Dr. he and his staff stayed open after hours so my daughter could pick up records and assured my Daughter everything was going to be ok. He also kept in close contact with the oral surgeon. I highly recommend Him and his entire team. Thank you Dr. Milne and your team! I clench my teeth which apparently led to one of my back teeth needing a root canal treatment. Dr. Milne is truly a gifted clinician with matching hands. I didn't feel anything during or after the treatment. His office staff is comforting, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends should the occasion arise.

tried to charge my insurance twice for consult. previous endodontist dr brian kardon in suffern ny missed a 4th canal, pushed dental material into sinus and perforated 2 canals. i went to dr milne for consult possible retreat.....he said he would not retreat the tooth. when i asked him for the consult report he lied on it. he reviewed my ctscan and confirmed that the previous endodontist did miss a 4th canal etc... but did not put it in his consultation report......when i aske him why? he refused to give me an answer????? tried to charge my insurance twice for consult. previous endodontist dr brian kardon in suffern ny missed a 4th canal, pushed dental material into sinus and perforated 2 canals. i went to dr milne for consult possible retreat.....he said … More

Horrible experience! Nothing but a profit mill. No care for patient comfort. His only concerned was staying on schedule, which was openly discussed in front of the patient. He told the patient they wouldn't need a crown after a root canal. The tooth broke a month later under the gum level, making the crown more difficult and more expensive. Office staff has a condescending tone and attitude. Lowest marks on dental skill, patient comfort, patient care, scheduling, listening and staff courtesy.

He did a difficult root canal in the back of my mouth with ease and little to no discomfort. Plus he worked me into his tight schedule when he realized the amount of pain this tooth was causing me. Thank you.

This was my third root canal, and the third doctor performing it. If I had known that this is how they were supposed to go, I never would have gone anyplace else. Very quick, very friendly, NO PAIN. It's the next day now and I still have no pain, swelling, irritation, NOTHING! It's AMAZING! Thank you so much!

The whole staff and office was very caring and receptive to my needs. They made my apprehension disappear and the root canal was absoluely painless and I had no pain afterwards!

Dr. Milne could have not been more pleasant to deal with when it came to my procedure. The fear of going to the dentist does not exist at Dr Milne's office.
