Dr. Alexander C. Keszeli

Told to return in 3 weeks. When I returned was questioned why I was there for an appointment? “Nothing more I can do”. Visit time, less than 4 mins but was billed for an extended visit - more that $200. Tends to be rude and abrupt. Never again!

Thank you Dr. Keszeli & staff. I needed help & you were there. My exams and ct scan were done quickly. You explained on the spot what was going on. You had me going in the best direction to get me healed. I am doing great!

After suffering from ear pain and headaches for past several months with a new hearing loss- this private facility was completely unable to help me. This review is for ENTACC Dr. Keszeli. He prescribed every ear test available from hearing test, CT scan, VNG, allergy testing (at their office) and an MRI. A clear inflammation showed in MRI but Dr. Keszeli has no treatment option for me and said it should go away on its own. It did not go away in last 4 months how will my pain go away on its own untreated? He also made me cancel my allergy appointment (takes weeks to get an appointment) with other doc and asked to get tested at ENTACC- turns out they do not test for as many allergies as a proper allergist would do. So keep you allergist appointments as needed and do not rely on ENTACC. I have spent months between all these appointments with dr. Keszeli without any results. I have wasted months and way too much $$$$ at their office. He is quick like others said- that also means that he would not care to take the time to show or discuss your images/CT scans etc with you. He is polite and has good bedside manners. The front staff is good but disappointed with the doctors who charge people, waste their time and not give appropriate basic treatment that they claim to be educated for. This was my second time trying another doc at this office. I would not recommend. Great physician caring listened to my problem and helped me when other docs didn’t have the time for me.I highly recommend him.

ent there about 5 or 6 times for the same problem. Already paid them a bunch of money and I tried to get on a payment plan for what i still owe them for all the times they misdiagnosed me. Now they want me to pay them 400 up front to do more tests. Since I cant pay 400 up front right now they told me to go back to my pcp. They got my money and now they are trying to be done with me. They do not care about their patients and just want to be paid. I can see why the reviews are so bad and I regret ever coming here. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else where the people actually care. Do not waste your time with this place.

Dr Keszeli is so friendly, understanding, and helpful!

Dr Keszeli is very quick and easy to talk to with issues I was having. He is very nice and helpful also. He makes sure he takes care of his patients and that they are happy with their service before they leave. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Keszeli has treated me over the past 10 years for inner ear issues. Lots of wax removal! The inner ear is super sensitive and cleanings can be very uncomfortable. But never with Dr. Keszeli, he is gentle and thorough. He offers comprehensive care and is sure to always follow up to make sure all is well.

My daughter had been experiencing frequent nose bleeds. Dr. Keszeli was kind, compassionate, and very professional. He helped her stop the nose bleeds and she hasn't had one in over a year.

Dr. Keszeli is very kind and gentle grate bedside manners and grate with kids. The nurses are so helpful, the staff is all friendly and I could not be happier with my decision to come to this office!!

Dr. Kezelie is pleasant gentle man with good bedside manner. He is always ready to hear your symptoms and fine a solution.

Dr. Keszeli is very friendly, comforting and caring. He does seem rushed, but that did not affect my time with him. He listened to all concerns, and explained in detail, very clearly. I would highly recommend him. Clean, professional office, very informative and knowledgeable staff. Books and few toys for the children. Great place all around.

The office staff was very nice and helpful as well as the nursing staff, however Dr. Keszeli seemed as though my problem was not important and rushed through the appointment without answering all questions or even telling me how to treat my problem.

Had nose surgery, deviated septum, results 3 weeks of pain and no difference. After surgery he had no time for me . Two post visits saw him a total of 15 seconds!!!! Stay away.
