Alexander David Allaire

Lake of experience, didn't estimate our case correctly back at 2015, and caused to lose the baby right at the same day of delivery. Should have someone evaluate his practice. I Don't recommend to any one to visit or get his consultation.

I’m very happy with my experience with Dr. Allaire. When I originally got referred I looked at the reviews, I saw a lot of them that said he was “cut and dry”, and in my case, facing one of the most challenging things I’d ever faced in my life, that’s exactly what I needed. We received bad news on a Monday, Dr. Allaire’s office called me that day and had me in their office on Wednesday morning. The office staff was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things about the nurse and ultrasound tech! They were so friendly! Thankfully I only had to visit Dr. Allaire for a couple of months and my baby was given the all clear, thank you to Dr. Allaire for your thoroughness to make sure having a healthy baby was possible for me. We have left and got another specialist. He is not reassuring at all, and seemed clueless toward our situation. Dr. Allaire saw me through the duration of my pregnancy (my child is now 7 months old). I was initially very worried after reading some of the reviews I found online, but his staff was very friendly and although Dr. Allaire is very cut and dry, he is great at what he does!

I had a consult with Dr.Allaire today. He and His entire staff were understanding and very accommodating. I got an appointment the next day after my referral. He explained everything thoroughly. This is my second pregnancy and I had cancer in the past within the last 4 years. I have been a patient many times and know what good care looks like. I highly recommend. He not a bad doctor he just a blank canvas and its hard to understand if empathy is there when you ask questions he looks at you like Are you asking me but I guess he know what he doing just not for me I'm ready to deliver hope my baby ok

My wife and I could not be more thankful for Dr. Allaire and his staff! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to him!

After seeing the same type of doctor in Gwinnett years ago I was nervous. I went in on the defensive side. To me he was nice. He has been good about informing me of what to prepare for. He is as others say upfront and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

When I was pregnant with my son 20 months ago, I was sent here due to being high risk with a chronic illness. He wasn’t mean or nice. He informed me when things were good or concerning. The ultrasound techs and nurses were great. I hope I can come back to the area whenever I become pregnant again.

He is knowledgable but incredibly cold and harsh. He diagnosed my son with very serious conditions and didn't bat an eye...I saw several specialists and it is possible to be good and have compassion while telling me that my son will not likely live. He opened immediately with the death rates and clearly had zero hope that my son had any chance at life. It was absolutely scarring, not just because of the diagnosis. I would never recommend someone to see him it was absolutely awful.

If there was a zero star he would get it. DO NOT send anyone you love to this monster. He got mad at us because we got a second opinion and did not take his advice on aborting our baby. He gave us horrible news in the most horrible way. Almost like well...your baby is gonna die...oh well... I am an RN and I will tell everyone I ever know about this horrible doctor. We are planning to take our case to the medical board. He should not be in practice. He is a horrible doctor and a horrible human

If any way to rate less than 1 star i would do. not recommended, and should be prevented of working as a doctor. he asked my wife to stop the medication that was certainly needed, and his advise caused of having the baby died 6 hours before delivery. the best example of lake of knowledge

I was very nervous about seeing Dr. Allaire after reading some reviews but I thought he was very nice. He was straight to the point and I was in and out. His nurses were very sweet as well.

Cold and uncaring. Dr. Allaire does not care about the well-being of his patients and has no problem delivering world-shattering news with no emotion. If there is an issue with your pregnancy his suggestion to you is going to be to terminate. Like it was with us. If you go see a specialist or another doctor to get a second opinion he will withhold your medical information and not sign off on referrals, or in our case, will not agree to give our newborn son comfort care for his terminal disease.

The office manager Misty Mason refused to allow me to see or even speak to the doctor, because my children were with me. I was never notified that I was not allowed to bring children with me . So after driving for an hour, and waiting weeks for the appointment I was unable to be seen or even acknowledged as a patient . I left in tears, and unaware of my baby's condition. Misty was condescending, impatient, and unempathetic to my situation. I can't speak for the doctor, never got the chance.

Dr. Allaire saved my baby's life. I was seeing him twice a week for IUGR. During one visit he told me to go to the emergency room right away. The baby's heart rate was decelerating. I stayed in the hospital overnight for observation, and during that time Dr. Allaire gave me steroid shots to mature the baby's lungs incase I had to have an emergencyc-section. The baby's heart didn't decelerate again so they released me. My son survived because of this doctor. Thank you Dr. Allaire.
