Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Polotsky - I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of fertility treatment.

We have worked with Dr. Polotsky since 2016, and he has helped us conceive and birthed three beautiful babies. Dr. Polotsky and team were very compassionate and supportive when we first learned IVF was the only way forward to build our family. He always went the extra mile to provide emotional support, and would follow-up with phone calls to check in, especially when we had very little hope with our first IVF, which ended up being a success. He adjusted our medication further for our second IVF and we were very successful in banking multiple healthy embryos which has given us two more kids. I cannot recommend Dr. Polotsky enough!

We owe Dr. Polotsky everything. After a decade of us trying (five of those with OBGYNs), we were blessed with our now 19 month old. One of our first meetings, I remember balling my eyes out how I just wanted one kid at this point and he said I was going to walk out with a baby. Within 8 months at the height of COVID (delaying treatment 2-3months) I was pregnant. I am now pregnant again with another miracle baby after using one of our remaining embryos. I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd ever be a mother after so many years looking at blank single line pregnancy tests and failed fertility treatments... and here I am about to have two. His nurse Jessica was wonderful through the process as well. Dr. Polotsky will always have a special place in our hearts in our family. We always appreciated how he'd always personally calls us and had such wonderful care while working with him over the years.

Dr. Polotsky is an amazing doctor and very knowledgeable. He guided us through all the steps that takes place in the IVF process in advance and always make sure if we have any concerns and make sure everything is answered. We never had any issues scheduling the appointments and never had to wait longer for the appointments. We are very happy and thankful to Dr. Polotsky and team for all the help and guiding us through the process. We highly recommend him and his team!

Dr. Polotsky was amazing. He was personable, professional and kind. Thanks to him, we now have a beautiful one year old daughter.

Dr. Polotsky is an amazing provider. He was always honest about my treatment options and did his best to make sure I understood everything that was going on when a plan was established. He is also a compassionate and caring provider. He would call to check on me to make sure that I was doing well. As a patient of Dr. Polotsky’s, I never felt like I was just a number.

Dr.Polotsky is beyond caring and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond in his work. I can tell he cares highly for his patients and I felt personally cared for. We first saw Polotsky when the clinic was still owned by CU Advanced Reproductive Medicine as a second opinion after a terrible experience with another large clinic in the Denver area. The treatment we received was night and day better. Polotsky took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand, non-condescending (and often humorous) manner. What we appreciate the most about Polotsky is everything about our treatment was framed as our decision without any pressure or scare tactics. When we finally made the decision to pursue IVF, it was right as ownership switched from CUARM to Shady Grove Fertility. The switch made us nervous but we knew we wanted to stay with Dr. Polotsky after the trust and rapport we built with him. This was the best decision we could have made. We underwent a successful stim, retrieval and transfer and are now nearly 8 weeks pregnant. We are already looking forward to working with Polotsky for Baby #2!

There are many things we love about Dr. Polotsky but what we appreciate the most is everything about our treatment was framed as our decision without any pressure or scare tactics (the exact opposite of our experience at our first clinic), which was especially helpful with our diagnosis of unexplained infertility. When we finally made the decision to pursue IVF, it was right when ownership switched from CUARM to Shady Grove Fertility. The switch made us nervous but we knew we wanted to stay with Dr. Polotsky after the trust and rapport we built with him. This was the best decision we could have made. We underwent a successful stim, retrieval and transfer over the summer and early fall of 2021 and are now nearly 8 weeks pregnant. We had an early scare with a SCH and Dr. Polotsky and his staff couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful throughout the stressful time. My husband and I are actually disappointed we have graduated to our OBGYN; we truly wish we could continue treatment throughout the entire pregnancy with Dr. Polotsky and team! Dr. Polotsky is an amazing doc with so much knowledge and dedication to his patients. He helped gift us with our daughter the first round with IVF. I cannot thank him and the staff enough.

I am out of the Colorado Springs office, so I see Dr Polotsky every once in a while for appts. Last summer I was up on the north side of Denver and was miscarrying. I went into the office right before closing and dr polotsky did an ultrasound to confirm and guide me through the process. He is extremely kind and helpful. He showed such amazing compassion and did all of this even though he is not my regular doctor.
