She is a great doctor! She is the only doctor who tries to help me. I really appreciate her!!

Dr Gibson delayed signing the death certificate for my father. He passed on Thursday evening and the death certificate was not signed by Tuesday at 8 am so I didn’t have it in time to finalize his estate when I travelled to Merrillville for the funeral on Tuesday. Loving Hearts Hospice was awesome but I would recommend replacing Dr Gibson as the Hospice physician. She is well paid for her Hospice services and did not perform in a timely manner

The office staff are rude and don’t seem to care. They don’t have any sense of urgency. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer emails with questions or concerns. It take days and days to find out test results. Again, no sense of urgency, concern or care.

The staff in the office are confrontational and so is the NP. I’ve never been treated this way by any professional if u can call these people professional!!!!

Dr. Gibson is a breath of fresh air, just when I had lost hope of finding a doctor that truly cares, I by chance found her. She is everything anyone could want in a Dr., she spends time with you, gets to know you as a person, and takes time to understand what you are going through. She is willing to help without bias and won't just throw meds at you.

Dr. Gibson is a God send, never have I felt more comfortable with a physician. She actually takes time talking with you instead of rushing of to the next patient.
