What facility in 2022 cannot receive documents via email? You can certainly book an appt and pay your bill online but, they cannot accept POA documents OR healthcare surrogate forms online. Don’t plan on inquiring about your loved ones in a timely manner at this office.

Waited in the waiting room for an hour, first appt of the morning. Was put in a room to wait. Could hear Dr in the hallway using profane language describing something. Dr came in and was condiscending, rude, and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

My wife has chronic leg cramps that has significantly affected her life. She can’t sleep, and her quality of life has deteriorated. She made an appointment with Gonzalez who never asked her anything about her well-being. His office set up an imaging study on a Friday and when she asked his office to give an appointment regarding the results of her scan they gave her one two weeks out. As a clinician myself we all adhere to the Hippocratic oath to never do any harm to our patients. He has not only broken that oath but his lack of urgency regarding her chronic pain is at best unprofessional, and at worst, a complete lack of apathy for his patients. Dr. Gonzalez was truly professional in both visits and my surgery. Calling my wife after surgery was a plus in my book.

I recently went in to get a professional opinion on a vein on my leg that was bothering me and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gonzalez. He is by far the best.. Very knowledgable, very easy to talk to and his optimistic attitude definitely leaves you feeling confident. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez and staff for treating me so good and making my procedure a success.

Dr. Gonzalez did vein ablation on my left and right legs. He did an outstanding job! His staff is very wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. They always returned my calls in a timely manner and has done everything they could to help me. Dr. Gonzalez never rushed me and answered all my questions completely and in a way i was able to understand. Great clinic

Dr. A. Gonzalez did an above knee amputation for me . Words cannot express how much respect I have for this doctor. This surgeon is not only knowledgeable but still took the time to explain all phases of the operation. I was surprised how pleasant my experience was at Dr. Gonzalez's office. First of all the office is just spotless (Lutz location). All the employees were very pleasant and I really felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Gonzalez made me feel at ease with my procedure and he was right, because everything went so smoothly.
