Great doctors and friendly staff but they don't care about tell the patient is a blood test diagnostic is covered by the same insurance that patients use to cover Doctors visit. I just paid a bill because the Lab on this Doctors office is out of my insurance the network. I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 after somebody form SGMC told me that was my problem because I used a Lab that was out of the network. Really?

Ms. Lorrie got my husband and I both appointments after months of trying to get in as new patients with several other physicians in the area. The staff is friendly, professional, attentive and very kind. We are blessed to be a patient of this practice.

Always kind, funny, and relatable. Open to patient suggestions. Does his research on new drugs etc…. Calls friends who are specialists as needed for small things. I trust him. He is a good doctor and a good, honest man.

Best Doctors and staff hands down, I been with them for years now, I love how everyone is there...they're all loving and caring...no rude attitude no funny feelings from them...I love my Doctors and staff!

Dr. A Garcia and Dr. V Garcia are great! They’re both very thorough and listen to your needs. There is always a wonderful atmosphere and the support staff is awesome!!! Wait time is to a minimum (5-10 minutes) and yes I would recommend others to this place of business. :-)

Clean, up to date, VERY friendly and efficient staff. Dr Vera is the best. She is friendly and explains everything, most of it without you even having to ask for more information. She is never rude, condescending or rushed. She is by far the best GP I have ever met. She never once makes me feel like I am just moving me through a conveyor line of patients. While I didn't have to wait in the new Hahira office, I know some might have to. I had to wait a while for my first visit with her in Valdosta, but honestly, waiting for that level of service is worth it. I'd do it every single time. She was the first doctor to finally listen to my concerns after more than 18 years of searching and 23 years of pain, and I am only 37 years old. Despite seeing doctors (in the double digits, male and female) she was the ONLY one to order tests and scans done so that my issues could be diagnosed. Not long after going to see her I had major surgery to repair damage that would have only gotten continuously worse if she had not listened and helped. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to come in to do so since I was a new patient. They don't have paperwork online you can fill out ahead of time. Most people don't have time to go by just to make an appointment. Also, when I said "Thank you for the info" all I got back was loud hang up. Dr. Garcia and his staff are awesome! They are very personable. Dr. Garcia is great at explaining what is going on and is on top of treatments.

Very caring and wonderful staff makes you feel important and completely satisfied with the care he provides. Saved my life with finding of no blood flow in my left side of heart. Without his fast reaction my life would have been suspended. God bless him and his staff for saving my life.

I'm a new patient with Dr. Garcia. I have to admit after I almost cancelled my appointment after reading a couple of reviews, but I'm happy I did not. Dr. Garcia was very pleasant, thorough and compassionate. His staff was friendly and very professional. He will definitely be my family doctor and I highly recommend this office.

I had to take my daughter to Urgent Care for an ear infection. Dr. Garcia was the on call physician. He was by far one of the friendliest physicians we've seen. It was almost lost hard to believe he was a doctor, because he was so friendly. We don't encounter that much around here. He explained the causes behind ear infections to my daughter and he made us laugh. Dr visits would be much more pleasant if all doctors had the bedside manner Dr. Garcia has.

I was so sick and he took care of the issues and I felt like a new person. Was very impressed. He made sure all my medications did not interfere with the new medications he was putting me on temporarily. I have told all my family and friends to go to see him. Did not wait but 8 minutes. Great for any doctors office. The staff are so friendly and his nursing staff is great. Everyone cared about me. Thanks

Dr. Garcia has excellent people skills and immediately was able to relieve my anxiety. He was very thorough in his examination and explanation as to the problem and treatment . He has a great sense of humor. Resolved my issues on the first visit. Explained what else his practice had to offer that could benefit me should I choose. I would 100% recommend both Drs. Alberto and his wife, Vera, Garcia to anyone in need of competent Family physicians. MC
