Fantastic doctor and medical team! His ultrasound technician was awesome and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sarno listened to my concerns and was very helpful.

Dr. Sarno cared for both of my advanced maternal age pregnancies. I carried my daughter without any complications but at my routine anatomy scan I was found to have a shortened cervix while pregnant with my son. Intervention began immediately and I truly believe that saved my son's life. Dr. Sarno took extra time to ensure I understood what was happening in my body and how we were going to intervene. He was very comforting and reassuring! His nursing and ancillary staff is excellent. Our initial goal was to keep my bun in the oven until at least 28 weeks gestation. I'm happy to report that I delivered a fat and happy full term baby boy at 39 weeks!

Dr. Sarno is a phenomenal physician. He is empathetic, caring, personable, patient, respectful, and highly professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sarno is one of the best doctors I've ever seen! He has been very thorough with me during my pregnancy. He explains everything very well and is very caring and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Great doctor and thoroughly explains details and answers all questions i have during my pregnancy right now. I am omly 3 months now but hope to continue seeing him throughout my entire pregnancy!!

Wonderful doctor. Caring, compassionate, and thorough. Would highly recommend. Office staff and techs were extremely pleasant as well.
