I tried to start allergy shots here but didn't get past the new patient set up because the receptionist kept trying to insist that I would be charged a deductible rather than a copay, even after I pulled up my insurance paperwork and confirmed the office is in network. After some discussion I asked to reschedule so I could talk to my insurance company but the receptionist said she would do it the next day and get back to me. That was last week, and I still have not heard back. I'm opting for a different office.

I have been treating my allergy for a few years and they always super nice and professional. The office offer shots on Saturdays ????

Great bunch, very low key, front desk folks very helpful. In and out for shots in no time.

The only reason I am giving this Dr. 1 star is because I couldn't give them zero. I was tested for allergies in office then encouraged by the Dr. to go next store to Bryn Mawr hospital to have bloodwork done to rule out an auto immune deficiency/disorder - which he felt was highly unlikely. I almost fainted when I got the bill for the bloodwork - over $1200!! Although the Dr. may not know the exact charge for the work, they have a general idea and should have warned me that it was expensive. I have never paid more than a couple of hundred dollars for lab work, so I didn't think it would ever be so much. I was unemployed at the time and would NEVER have had this done, especially since he said it was highly unlikely to show anything out of order. The real icing on the cake was I never heard ANYTHING from the office on the results of my test. When I eventually followed up, I was told there was a note on my file that the Dr. wanted to see me to discuss in person. Dr. Rohr sincerely CARES about his patients and LISTENS to their concerns. Always has recall of past medical problems and explores appropriate treatment. I have been seeing Dr. Rohr for 25+ years and even though I now live in a different state, I travel to his office for EXPERT care.

Great doc! Do not hesitate to call Dr. Rohr!
